Eventually Bennett answerd me briefly on Telegram, but the way he sees stuff doesn't align with the facts/ evidence. It's like talking to a wall.
Despite being a heavy supporter of Winna since day 1 and almost playing there daily, i'm scared to play there at the moment, very little faith in the future.
LOL your words make no sense. You have a dispute with them and still consider playing there, cool story man. Just don't use this shitshow of a casino, plain and simple. They lie to their customers, cut rewards and increase requirements for perks every month. Why would anybody use this site?
The decline in members is also visible in the telegram drop. Yesterday a 3$ drop with a 9k wager requirement and 333 claims was still available 10 hours after release, basically saying that not even 333 players wagered 9000$ in the past 7 days.
Sure, some high rollers won't claim it but when you see that stake tg drops for 3$ with 12k wager and like 700 claims are gone within 5 seconds it shows you how small winna and how big the decline is.

I used to play there daily and was one of their biggest supporters for a long time, things were great for a long long time for me. The point is that because of all the shenanigans, the lack of communication, and the way my outstanding issues have been (NOT) handled, I don't dare to play there anymore and I have very little faith in their future.
So it's actually the opposite of what you're implying. My experience has gone from being a strong supporter and regular player to someone who now avoids playing there because trust has been severely damaged.
I'd advise others to stay away as well.
