Most people aren't going to forget about hundreds of dollars honestly. Gamblers might gamble bad, but they know how much money they got most places. They likely leave the last few cents to dollars on an account and could care less.

Would people use the checker? Possibly, as long as they aren't having to connect their wallets. A better explanation might be needed. If it's as simple as entering an address and searching, it's fine.

I don't think most gamblers do check their balance because some might check it and still get more angry, that will make them to chase after their losses, which will be more harmful to them and ruin their plans in the process and can also affect their financial aspects alongside with the loved one's. That is why most people just prefer to keep gambling without checking their balance but to some, checking their balance might give them the reasons why they should quit gambling, anyways it depends on individuals.

To check the balance in a casino, some gamblers might routinely look at it, especially if they have lost in several gambling sessions. Just to make sure all the money in the account is gone, or if there is still some that can be bet. Most gamblers will only leave a small portion in their casino accounts. I'm not really sure about gamblers using this feature, because if the money is still in the wallet, what actually needs to be done is just to open the wallet to check.

Hah, I am always checking every wallet I have as long as I usually lose everything and am looking for any single dollars I may have in such wallets because I want to continue play. Despite my expensive search I do not see anything in wallets as I have emptied them all while I am also truly surprised to see people forget loads of dollars in these meme coin chains that they have. If I had hundred of dollars on any chain I would never forget a single wallet but maybe that is just me.

Some gamblers are like you, they don't usually leave behind any funds in their account balance in their casino wallet, if they are lucky to win from gambling, they withdraw whatever thing they have in their balance and this helps some to give gambling a break before they can deposit and play again and this alone makes them to keep having fun in gambling, as they will likely risk what they can afford to lose and withdraw when they can, game continues..

I agree that most gamblers won't forget about hundreds of dollars in whatever accounts, and I personally wouldn't use it because I can handle my gambling balance well enough myself, and even more importantly because I don't like to share that info online.

Actually, this offers convenience on part of the gamblers but I think this is also not beneficial for me because I don't usually leave some balance on the casino  after playing. Or there maybe times I did it, but that was very minimal amount, still insufficient for the next bets.

The thing is, leaving some penny on your account might save you from its deposit fees the next time you bet, as well as saves your time, but I think this isn't safe for us if we do it for long term, as this is actually designed to favor the casinos.

This can be useful for those who like to save their remaining gambling funds before spending them, or for people who don’t want to open a casino account but still want to check it from the outside.
I’m the kind of gambler who, if I don’t set aside funds for the next day during a single gaming session, will withdraw everything.
Otherwise, I check it directly at the casino... and check the monthly or weekly bonuses; I check those more often than I check my balance.

This is a good initiative OP, if casinos were to have such features, it would be nice to add up, but if I may ask, does it require one to link up their wallets? If so, then it would not make any sense because linking up their wallets definitely requires a third-party approval before they could make use of such a feature, but if it is just like the normal etherscan and mempool. space pattern, then it would be fine because one does not need to link their wallet, but just a copy and paste to scan and see what they have left in their balance. This is more secure and safe than linking a wallet and granting approval for access when it's just a wallet scan to check if there is any balance left.

Honestly, I would know if I have balance in my account since I wouldn't stop playing until it's 0 lol. Though I think a lot of users would use it in affiliate site as long as you don't need to connect your wallet on it and just put the address and I don't see any harm doing it, I think it's a cool feature and some users might find it useful. Anyway, I tried it and I think it works. I just noticed that there's a bug, if you are using a light theme, you won't be able to see the text on the text box since the text color has the same color as the text box itself. (I just highlighted the text so you can see it)

This might be helpful for some people that who got lot of wallets or are trying different gambling platforms and find it easy to manage.

This kind of tool has some similiraties in some defi products like portfolio manager or aggregator, like you will see easily your total portfolio in different wallet address, network chains.

This is good if it works like that which doesn’t need to connect the wallet address.

This will work for someone that play on multiple casino that typically leave their balance. But as yahoo already pointed out, It’s very rare for someone that will leave huge amount on casino and forget about it.

This is possible on early days of crypto which a dust amount before is now significant since the crypto price pump significantly. Anyway this might be useful for someone as long as there’s no risk involved on using the tool.

NO. Wallet checks are read-only, we look up the address against public blockchain data and that's it. We don't store your address or log it.

I don't think I can use it, but at the same time I don't see it as a bad thing to use since we are only making use of our address to check the balance we have on our account, this is just something to made it easy since that particular address financial status depend on the blockchain, while we can make use of the platform to see the open distributed ledger balance on our account which is not still bad idea.

When I first saw about this service, my mind was going straight towards services like CoinRabbit that provides for crypto liquidity access and other loan opportunities as well as savings, but getting to discover that WagerX was the actual platform that provides for just an opportunity to view your casino balance when gambling and not that you are trying to leverage on a platform to assist with crypto assets management, do some people this may be acceptable to use a platform like this in viewing their balance through their casino address, answer me only see it unnecessary when they can log into their account and view their balances on their respective account they had except if the platform offer other services like the financial advisory on crypto asset management.

Would you use it?

It would have worked if it was a separate website and not a part of a casino site with the catch that we need not have to connect our wallet.
But other than that, the usecase is very limited and I don't think it will be used a many people.
People usually know what their wallets hold and so it's better to not put any efforts into it at all.
