A bit unrelated to the topic at hand, but doesn't the introduction of the mixer ban mean we need the welcome message added for new members a lot more?
Most other rules we have are common sense, while I will like a welcome message to be the standard, users can easily stay without getting into trouble. But knowing not to advertise any mixer at all in a crypto forum is not common sense but discussions you'll expect to find here. I think users should be informed that they would get in trouble if they promote them in any way on the forum.
The welcome message already includes the Official Rules & FAQ, if I remember right, so every new member is expected to check the forum rules after creating an account.
If members read them, they will find the following:
34. Promoting or linking to mixer services is prohibited.[11]
There are many other prohibited actions as well not only mixer related services. So it’s very important to them to read and follow all the rules.
Anyone who ignores them is clearly in violation which may get action taken against them.
