Why I think Bitcoin is priceless and eternal!

I think its very hard to predict the future of the Bitcoin, because its almost not under the control of any entity, so lets see how long it works, but i think we might face a sudden collapse of it or a sudden surge of it, it can actually go both ways.

The future of btc is indeed uncertain. As we are just following what's going to be developed in the coming years, we are just hoping that btc won't collapse or become obsolete. As technology is progressing so fast, we don't know what will happen next. This is why you need to have contingencies in this market, be conservative with estimates especially if you are dealing with your hard-earned money.

I agree that nobody can foretell the future of Bitcoin, but an investment with a conservative approach is always the best. But, Bitcoin has always bounced back from crashes, bans, exchange failures and numerous predictions of its demise in the last 15+ years. The beauty of it is that it's not reliant on an authority, so it avoids many of the dangers from the normal financial system. The introduction of new technologies may present an additional challenge. But Bitcoin is evolving and gaining more and more traction. I don't expect Bitcoin to have a success or a sudden crash, I think it is an experiment of the long haul and it's proven resilient enough to bounce back up each time.

Forced critics will always exist who will criticize things despite knowing that they don't deserve to be criticized, and Bitcoin has a lot of such critics who are always ready to spell negative words about it or stay optimistic that it is not going to recover once it crashes, and they are proven wrong every single time. We have been hearing doubts and people saying that Bitcoin is going to die every time when there is a bear market because the prices keep going down, and they find this as an opportunity to spread as much FUD as possible, and they used to succeed to some extent in the past, but now, the market is more mature, and even retail investors know that what such people say is all BS.

Anyway, those of us who have knowledge about the market and its history, we obviously know what is going to happen, and we know that dips and crashes are a normal thing since this market moves in cycles, in which we have bear markets and bull runs, and after every bull run, we expect a bear market, and when it starts, we know what is happening. This has made things very easy for long-term investors because they know when is the right time for them to start accumulating, and once they are done with that, they start holding with the mindset that the bull run will come and then they are going to take their profits.

I've been with Bitcoin for almost 11 years. Its development has been amazing and I still believe Bitcoin will reach an even better peak. I think not — the more credible big companies enter Bitcoin, the more confidence it will give to other investors to join. So the trust system will grow. We do not know the exact future for sure but we can take a bet considering the past. Bitcoins have emerged really well and have now turned out to be one of the most popular cryptocurrency of all times. If this continues, bitcoins will keep cracking the all time highs to make new ones. This is where I see a prosperous future for bitcoins. There is nothing that holds bitcoins from achieving this success over time. For a meanwhile, there was a lot of pressure from the central authorities but now we know, even they can't touch or harm bitcoins directly. They will find indirect ways but bitcoin enthusiasts will always find a way around.

Even if I don't know the future, I can still be sure bitcoins will at least multiply 5x over time. Yes, this is not a short duration target. It will take years or maybe a decade for bitcoins to do so but even then, profits will be extraordinary so they will be worth the wait.

Who won’t believe in Bitcoin in this generation.

There are still lots of people wo do not believe in Bitcoin.  There are even famous people who are very reluctant on Bitcoin.  In specific, Warren Buffet, Jamie Dimon, Peter Schiff and more.  These people are known as famous economists, business leaders, and investors.

Yes, Bitcoin seems to be popular and many people are adopting and believing in the opportunity given by it, but not all believe in Bitcoin.

This is one of the major reasons why many economists are hesitant in Bitcoin.  The instability and high volatility market make them think that Bitcoin is not good enough to be a store of value.  And some other issue also involved in government regulations.

but one thing a certain. Which is, Bitcoin will continue to gain adoption. With adoption means more awareness, price increase.

It is also certain that one day Bitcoin will reach its peak adoption and will slowly decline afterwards.  It is not forever uptrending in a roller coaster ride.  Somewhere in the future it will reached its peak and we know what will happen when something reached it peaks.

As of now, we don't even consider bitcoins reaching a trillion mark. That will be too much to expect as of now. Maybe within a century, it might be possible but as you said, we won't be alive to experience that.

For the next few decades, we might see bitcoins reaching maybe a million or half a million dollars. That is what we can expect in our lifetime. We can definitely tell our kids or grandkids to keep monitoring bitcoins and always hold some no matter how hard the situation gets. If they listen to us, they can earn a decent amount of money.

I think our kids or grandkids will be much more advanced than us. They already know how to navigate to complex UIs and find their way out. I personally took months to get acquainted to my smartphone which was in the secondary school. This new generation is quite lucky to have the technology available at their fingertips.

Those that believe in the continued success of bitcoin go long-term in it, we've seen this price dip and it's recovery for cycles and it has turned a norm, although there is no guarantees for future success, so we continue to believe it keeps performing better. Bitcoin has more inclination to keep performing better than crash to the bottom, so those waiting for the rock-bottom fall of bitcoin may as well be planning to wait forever. I believe bitcoin has come to stay and would continue growing and maturing to the possible extent that it's volatility would not be as high as it is now. I'm optimistic for an ATH of $200k or more in the next bull run. OP should have his eyes fixed in the possibilities of bitcoin reaching a million dollars, A trillion is still unachievable for centuries to come.

I want to look at this thread from the point of view of the price of Bitcoin, because going forward the price of Bitcoin is one thing that will spike high and be priceless one day. Do you know what the market capitalization of Bitcoin would be if it reached $1 trillion per BTC? To be honest, I do not think you know either, and I doubt you have ever done that calculation.

If 1 Bitcoin reaches $1 trillion, its market capitalization will increase to $21 quadrillion. That is a completely unrealistic valuation, nothing short of pure fantasy.

Bitcoin has growth potential and it will likely continue to rise as adoption increases. But let's be realistic, 1 BTC reaching $1M is already an extremely ambitious scenario.

I always have the thought that Bitcoin will continue to exist and become better as long as the world continues to exist, that can be true but if we look at other factors such as the attacks that Bitcoin is getting from government and hackers, it makes me also think about what could happen to Bitcoin in the future, so, I'm left to thinking that the future is uncertain even for Bitcoin or other things, change is consistent, I don't know if Bitcoin will be for eternal but I know it will stay for a very long time.
