REPOSTING MY REVIEW FROM 27TH APRIL ON TRUSTPILOT TO GAIN MORE ATTENTION I joined Winna in November and initially deposited $100, which I lost very quickly. After that, I didn’t use the site again until the end of January/beginning of February. During the following six weeks, I ended up losing around $17,000.
RTP on Gates of Olympus 1000 is officialy 96.5% based on Pragmatic Play I am way below 90% Something around 95% and not casualy playing I am playing it everyday. Wagered 6 digits on it just on Winna.com, so they state it is based on millions of spins, i have millions of spins.
Based on my personal experience, I strongly question the fairness of some of the games. For example, there has reportedly never been a recorded max win on Gates of Olympus 1000 on this casino, which raises concerns for me. Their “Originals” games have also faced accusations of manipulation in the past, making it difficult to trust the stated RTP values.
I mainly played HILO and Mines, and I noticed what seemed like a clear pattern: on very small bets ($1 or below), hitting high multipliers was relatively common, while increasing the stake to $10+ made even moderate multipliers feel almost impossible to achieve.
Customer support has also been disappointing. Responses are often slow, and in cases of serious complaints, I frequently felt ignored.
After losing around $17,000, I was invited into their VIP program and received approximately $1,000 in lossback rewards along with reload bonuses. However, from that point onward, the overall experience only became worse.
Occasionally, small VIP bonuses between $20–$100 were offered, but only if I continued wagering heavily and losing more money. At this point, my total losses on the platform exceed $80,000. Receiving meaningful support or bonuses from VIP hosts has been extremely difficult. Most interactions felt automated and impersonal, with the exception of Dave, who was the only host who genuinely seemed willing to look into issues properly.
This review reflects only my personal experience, but I would advise others to approach this casino with caution.
Edit: Do not be misled by the public response from the casino below my review. While it may appear professional and helpful, I was never actually contacted afterward.
Second Edit: Surprisingly, after more than a week, they finally reached out to me. Unfortunately, the resolution only made the situation more frustrating. Despite losing approximately $88,000 within three months, I was offered a $20 bonus with wagering requirements attached to delete my review. If this is how they treat a player with losses of that scale, I can only imagine the level of support smaller players receive.
