The institution holding $114 trillion just set a date to put it on-chain.

DTCC announced its tokenization service on May 4. SEC cleared it December 2025. July 2026 pilot, October 2026 full launch. 57 firms in the working group — Goldman Sachs, BlackRock, JPMorgan, Citi, Circle, Fireblocks, Kraken, Ondo.

In scope: Russell 1000, major ETFs, U.S. Treasuries.

TradFi is upgrading its own rails.
