Not surprised about this one. I looked pretty shady to begin with! Hopefully nobody in this forum got scammed as well, I saw some stuff on reddit as well as X, which is pretty sad. Seems like there are plenty of victims. That's why you don't trust new sites with too much money, plain and simple. Sure, there might be some good ones that actually want to grow, unfortunately that's the exception though.
Fk those guys!!

Hopefully nobody in this forum got scammed as well According to their ANN thread, forum members deposited and played there, so probably there are some victims. Hopefully they only lost smaller amounts as it was a new casino and no one in their right mind should have played big there. Especially not since there are plenty of reliable casinos available.

The gambling site has a signature campaign on this forum, which could have increased the probability of many people on this forum to see it. So it is very possible some people on this forum fall victim of the scam gambling site, but no one in this forum has yet posted that they are victims of the scam gambling site. Yes, any gambling site that is new should not be fully trusted, using just small amount of money to gamble on such gambling site is better .

I saw a post where they are saying that they got an AML/CFT letter from CGA, and they are asking for KYC on anyone who deposited over $3k. What's hilarious is, even if they got that email from CGA, there is no reason for them to delete the content on their thread and go radio silent.

What's hilarious is, even if they got that email from CGA, there is no reason for them to delete the content on their thread and go radio silent. That's true, if they get a notice from them. Then they should have just make it public that they'd do such actions to comply. It is not necessary to delete what's in their thread. They've got the ann thread and starting to gain that traction from the forum and interest of the gamblers here but, it's either the scare from the CGA or they do have the intention to scam people. Nevertheless, that action is uncalled for.

This is one of the risks of investing in new casinos: scammers know the gambling industry is growing, so they set out to launch scams. Although there are still legit new casinos, because there's always room for new players, the community should watch out for the early warning signs. We have caught many in the past, we will catch more, so there will be no casino like Plump.com.

Exactly, they should have just announced what's happening and explained what's going to happen instead of deleting their the contents on their ANN thread, locking it and going radio silent. All the actions they took are extremely suspicious and point towards them doing an exit scam.

Supported. With so many newly launched casinos these days, people should stay skeptical, especially when it comes to making large deposits. Recently, the number of casinos turning into scams feels much higher compared to years ago. What’'s worse is that some of these sites are only a few months old yet already gain a lot of trust because of signature campaigns and active discussions on their ANN threads. That kind of exposure can make them look established even when they still haven’t proven themselves long-term.

They wouldn't have done any of the actions they have done if they weren't pulling an exit scam. No need to speculate, they're 100% scamming users.

Maybe it's also time that some new casinos looking to start a signature campaign in here to get vetted. I mean, they basically pay some campaign manager and his crew to buy/build up reputation, and in this case just 4 weeks later we see the scam happening, that's crazy. When forum members actually lose money because of this I think there really needs to be something done. Maybe like a bigger escrow rule (also for the campaign payments). In this case Little mouse and the participants also didn't get paid for the last week, they basically also got scammed.

Is it just me or Plump.com decided to remove some information regarding the company that is running them and the license details from the footer of the website? I wonder what they are trying to hide. Back them that information was on their website but now it's gone. Likely we still have a link to their license https://cert.cga.cw/certificate?id=ZXlKcGRpSTZJalV4VTBkWWRVVTNNRXQ0TTNNNVRqWnpNMWxJYUZFOVBTSXNJblpoYkhWbElqb2lZa1kyTlVSc1QxcFhaMmhSV25SNU9EWnlja1YxUVQwOUlpd2liV0ZqSWpvaU5tRTRNak5pWVRrMFpqaGlPRGN3TWpZNU1tWmlaVGxqTUdWbFpUY3dOMlZqTmpRM05XSTJNMkUzTTJFMVlXWTBNR00wTkRKaE9XTXdOR1kwT1dZMk1TSXNJblJoWnlJNklpSjk= Also this 2. According to the record, your license seems to have expired already a few days back. This means that as of now, you have no valid license https://gamingcontrol.spin-cdn.com/media/license_registry/20260508_20260508_ogl_license_registry.pdfThe company is Forward Solutions B.V

Yep, you're right. They deleted their license info on their own site. It was previously on their FAQ page.

This is a good opportunity to ask, are there no forces responsible for going after online casinos that use fake licenses to deceive people online? Is the world of online casino just the same with altcoins world ? Where you are always on your own and any project can exist scam on you at any freaking time? I've always been suspicious of any new online casinos and new crypto projects, they appear to deceive people for their money, they don't care if they have to build fake reputation for a while. It's sad that this project got away with this, using the forum to build trust and people got robbed. I am one of those people who tells other to use this forum to look for online casinos, imagine someone become a victim through such advice.

It has been discussed in their ANN thread already that likely they have exit scam. Thus they delete everything but they never thought that it has been archived here. Just very unfortunate for the victims here and outside of our community.
They even have a signature campaign to look legit and to cover up everything. The amount that has been scam could be huge though as there are a lot of unaccounted and didn't report how much money they've lost.

No idea on how to regulate those who have fake licenses, it's fake to begin with, so, it'll be hard to find the owners let alone bring them to court but, those that have legit licenses like this one in plump, you would hope that the ones who issued it should be the one to regulate them, right? Nope. CGA itself state that they can't do anything against these gambling operators. We would like to clarify that the CGA does not handle individual complaints against gaming providers. Resolving disputes between players and gaming operators is not within our mandate. As such, we do not have the authority to mediate or arbitrate in these matters. The CGA is not a civil court and cannot order gaming operators to compensate players or issue judgments. Therefore, we encourage players to seek resolution directly with the gaming providers and to contact the appropriate legal channels if necessary.
Meaning..Sorry, we can't help you. Options? either get on your knees and beg for resolution from those gambling operators or ask the court for help. So, there's your dilemma.

So many reliable casinos, yet they chose new ones to deposit larger amounts. Tbh, those kind of people would lose their money anyway, and if it wasn't on Plump, then it would be on Pump/Dump or whatever new casino there is. Until they learn the lesson.

Yep, you're right. They deleted their license info on their own site. It was previously on their FAQ page. They are hiding something or trying to run away from something/authorities or planning to use the same company for the next scam so they first have to erase any current links to plump that turned out an exit scam.

Man that's a bit disturbing. Basically the Gaming Authority won't help the consumers in case things go south. What is the purpose of the license then?
