Hi,

Why am I not receiving your emails, I have never blocked you or anything like that. I see in my profile that my withdrawal address has changed and I want to set it back to the correct one but you are not sending me a confirmation email.

Best Regards!

What are you talking about?
You didn't specify which service you are having issues with.

You have also posted your topic in the wrong board. You seem to have an issue with a custodial service which has nothing to do with bitcoin technical support board.

I think OP just got confused by the “Bitcoin Technical Support” board name and assumed it was some kind of customer support section for the platform they were using related to bitcoin, probably a custodial wallet. Well, we don't know what platform is that unless he replied here again.

Probably what happened... But yet, there's no central platform anywhere that represents bitcoin. I am thinking it's an obvious scam. But how Op got the link to this forum is another thing to ponder. Who knows scammers have linked this forum to their scam platform for technical support or the Op got here through a simple Google search.

Op, you just have to help yourself and return here to clarify things.

Probably wallet's like Blockchain.com. For some reason those are the wallets newbies first get to know about before they even know about a wallet like Electrum. I must admit that, Blockchain.com was the first wallet I signed up for thinking it was the best wallet out there. Maybe because of the strategic nature of its name but most of the newbies fall for it and think it's ver safe.

Or, most likely, Bitcoin.com. It seems OP doesn't know even the basics when it comes to what Bitcoin truly is. From this, we can surmise OP could have thought Bitcoin.com is the official site or wallet of Bitcoin.

If I'm not mistaken, Bitcoin.com users could also maintain a wallet from the site itself, not the mobile wallet app that's downloaded to either iOS or Android devices. Since Bitcoin.com generates a fresh address for every transaction, OP must have been confused when his/her address in the dashboard changed.

I hope OP comes back here to make clarifications or learn a thing or two about Bitcoin.
