It's just basic problem with captcha and you can not do anything. Just try it again.

But why do you rely too much on VirusTotal for your device security?
It can give you false negative or false positive.

I know VirusTotal but I don't use it for checking anything. Simply keep good habits when using phones, computers, laptops, and your online accounts is very enough.

Sometimes it is solved simply with that. Other times, switching browsers also solves the problem.

Last, refreshing the page several times can also work, because I have experienced myself problems with certain type of quizzes but not with others, and sometimes by refreshing you get alternatives that just run smoothly.

Have you cleared the cache in your browser? I got past the CAPTCHA in Virustotal just fine and after that there was no need to reCAPTCHA again.
Since it's a problem on your end, try to turn off data first, then turn it on again, or restart your phone, in case this is the solution.

Using this kind of Virus scanner was not that bad for beginners it might be helpful but I just don't see a lot of benefit to it in the long run. It's easy to identify most of the time it the file is suspicious or if it was dangerous most of the time the computer can detect it already when you downloaded a suspicious file on your computer so computer is more likely to suggest something to delete it because it knows that it can harm the computer. But the best practice here was not to download something from an unknown sources because that is mostly where the virus files could get on some websites or maybe someone sent it on your email or something like that. If someone send you a executable file it was a red flag never download that file and the best thing to do was to block that guy because it was more likely to be a hacker or scammer.

It's possible your IP address was flagged by Cloudflare as one of those that it thinks was used to perform DDoS attacks so changing a browser won't help that much but changing an IP address could help. That is why it is suggested that you try and used a VPN but if it's one of those free unpaid versions, you are likely going to keep getting disturbed. Attackers always use those VPNs to perform their attacks, and therefore you have a wide range of their IP addresses also getting flagged.

Some VPN locations can also cause it. I have notice that if I set the VPN to some countries, the captcha are easier to solve than other countries, while some countries will just be like what OP is saying. Most VPN are United States and Netherlands by default which are in between and makes it not stressful. The worse one I have noticed in the past is France. The best that I have used in the past is Ukraine.
