CLARITY Act to Banking Committee

Am I missing something or why is nobody talking about the senate banking committee going to vote on the CLARITY Act this Thursday?

I Thought it was something big. Isn't it?

I have seen the Clarity Act discussion very well on this forum, but these are few other ones that I saw. I think what we should expect and discussed about is for it to be signed.

It is big but unlike GENIUS act yield feud between bankers and stablecoin issuers, it is to help classify whether a crypto is commodity or security based on written requirement such as how decentralized the blockchain is.
The only thing that causes controversy from this is the anti manipulation clause, apparently some big company don't want low cap altcoin market gone because it would fall under manipulation susceptible coin and the bill goes against listing it clearly.

Yes, it's big news and we have seen a lot of threads about it. Definitely it is something that crypto market has been waiting for. As this act might be the clear definition of everything that we wanted to see at least from the US government.

And most likely we can say that this is one news that has put the price above $80k at some point. So for sure we will wait what will be the verdict and we can only hope that this act will be passed into law.
