What happened:
I have an account with Rollbit since 3-4 months ago, but never used it because I already have accounts with other casinos. On 08/05/2026, I wanted to place a bet on an esports match, but due to the match has a low stake limit, I decided to deposit around $500 on Rollbit to stake on the match as well. The bet was eventually a lost, but I was lucky on other bets and raked up my balance to around $1000.

When I tried to make a withdrawal of $200, the withdrawal went to pending, and support said it's being checked by a colleague. A day has passed and the withdrawal is still pending, support was also ignoring my message, so I got fed up and started playing some slots and sport bets using the remaining balance, and somehow got lucky again and raked up my balance to around $5000.

Since support was not responding to my message, I talked to the MODs on public chat, who assured me there's no problem with my bets and the withdrawal will be processed soon (because someone was yapping "provider check" in chat). The MODs even invited me to play slot battle with them, which I joined and lost about $500 there. When I was in the 3rd battle with them, my account was suddenly blocked, and demanded to do a KYC.

I quickly finished the KYC, but my withdrawal is still pending, and my account remained blocked. I contacted their support again, and was told that my account is still being reviewed. I plan to visit a friend and deal with some business in the UK later of the day (I'm living in Ireland), so I said goodbye to everyone in the public chat and left. Around midnight, I received an email notification from live chat, asking me if I can connect to the site without using VPN. At the time I was already in the UK, so I used VPN just to tell them that I'm currently in the UK so I can't, but I can do so once I'm back in Ireland the next day. All I was told is it will be reviewed, and I received no further reply on that.

Quick forward to this morning, when I tried to access my account to check if there's any update, only to find out that my account is disabled. I contacted support and was told my account is now banned due to region restriction, and I'm not allowed to have another account. I explained that I'm only in the UK for a short period, and also asked about the remaining balance on my account, but I'm now being completely ignored.

To clarify my situation:
1. I'm the nationality of a permitted country (as proven by the ID I submitted)
2. I'm currently a resident of a permitted country (Ireland), where I spent most of my time. I also provided my address in Ireland in Rollbit's KYC form.
3. I have a company in the UK (can provide registration information about my company) and also friends there, so I frequently travelled between the 2 countries
4. Due to business needs, I have a sim card from the UK, and I also use Tailscale on PC and laptop in order to connect to my company server in the UK, so my outgoing IP is often shown as a UK IP even when I'm in Ireland. Because of this, I use a proxy extension on Chrome https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/hideme-proxy/ohjocgmpmlfahafbipehkhbaacoemojp, which is allowed by most of the crypto casino, and also confirmed by Rollbit
5. I was in Ireland the whole time I placed my bets, and was only in the UK for a short period when reply to the live chat
6. I have accounts with several other crypto casinos with high VIP level, and never have any issue with them
7. As confirmed by their support, there's no issue with my bets or the slots I played, nor multi-accounting issue, as often seen in casino complaints

Full timeline:
Feb 2026 - I registered an account with Rollbit but never used my account
08/05/2026 Afternoon - I made a deposit of around $500 and started playing on Rollbit
08/05/2026 Evening - Requested for a withdrawal of $200 but went to pending
09/05/2026 Morning - Withdrawal is still pending, so I played more on both slots and sports, and raked up the balance to around $5000
09/05/2026 Afternoon - Talked to the MODs on public chat, and was assured that there's no issue with my bets, and the withdrawal will be processed, also got invited to play slot battle. On the 3rd battle with them, my account was suddenly blocked demanded KYC. I completed the KYC successfully but account is still blocked, so I said goodbye to everyone and left.
09/05/2026 Evening - In the UK to meet up with friends, and sorting out some company documents in the office.
09/05/2026 Night - Received an email that their support sent me a message on live chat, so I used the proxy extension on Chrome like I always do, to reply to their message and explained that I'm currently in the UK but will be back to Ireland the next day.
10/05/2026 Morning - Tried to log into my account but it's disabled, reached out to support and was told my account is banned due to region restriction. I explained the issue and asked about the balance on my account, but I'm being completely ignored.

The Rollbit profile you mentioned in your post isn't the one representative responsible of handling with issues and complaints. Another user called Rollbit Razer [1] but he is also inactive since last October. You can try to send him a forum pm anyway. If I can well remember, user holydarkness [2] said at many occasions that he is in touch with him. Maybe you can ask him a help hand to contact the team.

Have you try to reach them through writing to compliance@rollbit.com or is it just through live support this far? You can use this thread as a reference when you contact them, or via some mediator platforms.

Thank you for your advice, this is my first time filing a scam accusation so I'm still learning.
I saw holydarkness has been helping Rollbit players, but also mentioned Rollbit Razer hasn't been active for a long time, so I'm not sure how to approach this.
Following this post, I checked holydarkness's comments and have sent an email to compliance@rollbit.com as he/she always suggest, but haven't received any reply so far.
I must say it's my worst experience with a crypto casino so far, Rollbit has been ignoring me before my account is disabled, and now my balance is completely stolen.
I'm a legitimate player and have been playing on other casinos for 6-7 years, but never had such issue such like this.

Should I send both of the users you mentioned a PM? Or what'd be the best way to invite them to have a look on this?
Thanks!

Both of their representatives seem inactive; I am not aware of whether they have some other accounts to support forum gamblers. It seems you are lucky and won a decent amount, and most probably that's the reason why they are reviewing your account. I am not sure if they are reviewing due to your IP issue or for the VPN. But we can expect an account block reason from ROLLBIT; otherwise, how do we know what the exact reason for blocking the account is?

Till now, ROLLBIT seems to have a good reputation on the forum, but I don't know why they aren't active on the forum. Whoever has direct contact with them may help you only. Try to talk to them for support and explain your situation. If they were active, then we could call them to respond here. I believe your problem will be solved.

Based on what they told me (as shown the chat provided), they're banning me for region restriction issue.
I think it's the lucky win that somehow triggered the initial review, then they wanted me to connect without using VPN (even though they said it's fine to use VPN).
That's when I told them that I'm currently in the UK, and they banned me because of that.
But as mentioned in the original post, I was only in the UK for a short period, I haven't been playing while I was in the UK.
If they're banning me simply because I accessed the site to reply on live chat, then I'd say it's definitely an overkill.
If they're not welcome me as a player, I'm fine with them closing my account and I won't play there again, but my winnings shouldn't be confiscated like this.

You won't lose anything by contacting them via forum pm. User holydarkness might have a contact outside the forum. He is so responsive and won't hesitate to help like he always did.

It is clear the reason why they banned you from accessing the platform. They seem to have a valid reason for doing so. But you should be able to convince them that you weren't in the UK when you placed the bet and won. Are you able to do so?

Like Crypovator said, Rollbit is a casino with a good reputation and your issue should reach a solution if you can prove you weren't accessing the platform from a restricted region.

They can't ban you for just being in a different country. What counts is your country of RESIDENCE, not where you are physically at right now. They can suspend you and then reopen once you can proof you are outside of the UK again. Straight up banning you isn't cover by their TOS.

Still you are also at fault here. You know you shouldn't play from the UK, yet you did. So you shouldn't wonder if they confiscate the money you won while you have been in the UK physically.

Thanks again for your reply, I will send both of the users a PM shortly.
As I said to them in the live chat, I'm happy to show them my flight ticket, which clearly shows that my flight to the UK was after the time that I was playing on their site, so that should be enough to prove I wasn't in the UK at the time I was playing on their site.
I have seen other cases similar to this and Rollbit still refused to payout even if proof was provided, so I'm a bit worried.

Yeah that's why I found it a bit weird in this case, I specifically told them that I'm living in Ireland but only visiting the UK for a short period, but they just straight up banned my account and confiscated all the money.
Also just to clarify - I was in Ireland when playing on their site, only when they asked me if I can connect without VPN I was in the UK.
