I have him on ignore for a while. Would not trust him at all.
If the "Fantomaz" account is connected to the
recent comeback account then one or both accounts will eventually make enough errors to put the doubts aside.
I do not blame you for having him on ignore, you are clearly familiar with him in the German board. His sudden desire to post and/or create threads in the Reputation board caught my attention. I understand that even though he deleted his posts, that alone is not the appropriate barometer for concluding anything untoward has happened (or is happening) however the behaviour has been noticed by many members.
I have noticed but haven't thought the way you are thinking. I am convinced that account hasn't changed hands. He has been inactive for the five-month period; his last post before becoming inactive was on the German board. And his last post made in the German section was on 30th April. Means I believe the account hasn't changed hand. But I don't ignore the account that would change hands even locally in the same jurisdiction. But the questioned account isn't high rank, only a member rank that has only 28 merits. Not worth buying such an account; otherwise, it's compromised by the same jurisdiction, which is a very low possibility.
On the other hand, if the account changed hands, then basically he would never dare to highlight himself. Rather, he is supposed to hide himself and keep posting. So I think he wants to back the forum and establish his account. Since he has some merits, it would be helpful for him to achieve the next desired ranks. So he probably chose the reputation board since people often sent merits here based on the circumstances. Some of you may not agree with me, but that's what I think. I really didn't know him before.
You could be right, he might be in search of merits therefore is posting in the Reputation board. There is always the possibility the account has not changed hands and the owner is posting sporadically.
