I've been lurking here long enough to know that promotional posts are usually noise.

So I'll be brief  Grin

I built bitcoinnostalgia.org, a cultural archive focused on the human side of Bitcoin's early years. Not prices, not predictions. Just the stories that shaped this community before it was mainstream.

Things like the Mt. Gox collapse and what it did to community trust. The block size wars. The forum threads that actually mattered. Wallets and tools that no longer exist. The culture that formed here, in threads like these, between 2010 and 2016.

The site is early. I'm actively building it out.

If you were around in those years and have memories, screenshots, or firsthand accounts worth preserving — I'd genuinely like to hear from you. That's the kind of material that disappears quietly and is impossible to reconstruct later.

And if you have feedback on what's missing or what could be better, I'm open to that too.

With whatever things you are planning for your site, I recommend you some resources on Bitcoin history.

I don't visit your website as I feel unsafe to visit strange websites but good luck.

Thank you for your response, I really appreciate it.
My goal is simply to create a nostalgic archive of the good moments in Bitcoin's history. I took a look at some of the links you shared, particularly 'Bitcoin Prehistory', those are genuinely great moments. In any case, thank you

I saw your link

The idea of publishing about the history of Bitcoin is quite good!
It would be good to give an idea about how the faith in Bitcoin was built after various unexpected events and how the corrupt rich tried to buy more Bitcoin from the market at a low price by spreading false propaganda.

Because, many new users interested in Bitcoin are often discouraged by fake and negative news, since most new users are not aware of the basic qualities and decentralized aspects of Bitcoin!
For these reasons, many negative histories motivate them even more!!

Unfortunately, the current generation sees Bitcoin mainly as an investment vehicle, BlackRock, ETFs, and so on. This completely ignores the golden age of Bitcoin, its real history, the anecdotes, the stories behind it.

That's exactly why I'm passionate  Grin about creating this blog: to preserve those good moments and keep that spirit alive.
