The only difference seems to be that VIP status costs $7, while super VIP costs $15. Although I assume that Binance or Freebitco.in certainly did not pay this fee, they are probably affiliate links. There is nothing illegal here, but it seems quite non-transparent, even though there is no reason for it.

Also, the site is only about 50 days old, without any bio, so it is unclear what kind of high traffic we are talking about here.
