ZIRA

ZIRA (ZIR) is a Proof-of-Work network built on a GhostDAG-style architecture and designed around a single structural shift:

a performance-based economy instead of a trust-based economy

It is a single living ledger with two layers that continuously interact.

Supply

ZIR supply is fixed and permanent.
Total maximum supply: 28,700,000,000 ZIR
No governance process can change this.

Economics are split cleanly:

80% Mining (22.96B ZIR)
20% Formation reserve (5.74B ZIR)

80% Mining supply
earned through kHeavyHash proof-of-work
issued over time via blockDAG mining
open participation
emission follows a deterministic decay curve
no presale allocation

20% Formation reserve
allocated across 256 anchor positions
structured into six classes
seeded from genesis supply line
follows a published release schedule
supports coordination topology formation

This is not a fundraising pool.
It is system initialization for the coordination layer.

Layer 1 · Settlement (PoW BlockDAG)

ZIRA Layer 1 is deterministic settlement.

kHeavyHash Proof-of-Work
blockDAG structure (GhostDAG-style ordering)
~1 block per second target
parallel blocks are preserved, not discarded
confirmations stack across DAG tips within seconds-class finality

This layer exists only for one purpose:
secure, fast, miner-driven settlement of ZIR

Layer 1 parameters

Algorithm: kHeavyHash blockDAG
Supply cap: 22.96B ZIR
Finality: seconds-class across DAG tips
Storage: pruning supported for consumer nodes

Mining work is never wasted.
All valid blocks contribute to ordering.

Layer 2 · Coordination Engine (ZTI)

Above settlement sits ZTI.
ZTI is an off-chain coordination system that continuously evaluates network behavior and routes value accordingly.
It does not interpret governance.
It measures performance.

What ZTI does
reads real-time behavioral signals
evaluates consistency over time
computes performance-weighted state (ZTI score)
determines routing priority for ZIR flow

There are no votes.
There is no identity weighting.
Only observed behavior over time has influence.

Coordination loop:
Action → Signal → ZTI evaluation → Routing decision → Layer 1 settlement → Feedback

This loop runs continuously.
When behavior changes, routing changes.

ZIR

ZIR is both:
PoW settlement output from Layer 1
routing signal in Layer 2

Its role is dynamic:
mined on Layer 1
distributed and prioritized via Layer 2
influenced by sustained execution quality
Issuance follows mining.
Priority follows performance.

Field Model

ZIRA operates as a bounded coordination field.

256 anchor topology positions
continuously evolving state mapping
performance-weighted participation
no fixed privilege or identity hierarchy

The field is not static.
It is continuously updated.

Core Principle

ZIRA removes the separation between:
work
evaluation
value distribution

Instead:
execution produces signal, signal shapes routing, routing shapes value flow
Nothing is delayed into governance cycles.
Nothing depends on trust assumptions.
Layer relationship

ZTI

behavioral evaluation
value routing

Together:
one ledger · two layers · continuous state feedback

Participation:
ZIRA is permissionless.
There are no identity requirements.
There is no central operator.
Influence is not assigned.
It is accumulated through observable behavior.
