i've had my LATOKEN account frozen since August 22, 2025 — over 8 months now — with no legitimate explanation and no resolution despite exhausting every support channel available.

Timeline:

Aug 2025: Account frozen without notice or explanation

~4 months later: Support requests KYC verification → completed immediately

~2 months after that: Support requests proof of source of funds → provided immediately

Present: Account still frozen, status "CHECKING", assets (>$10,000 USDT) inaccessible

Support ticket #365244 open the entire time, with multi-month response gaps despite daily follow-ups

Red flags I've uncovered:

LATOKEN LTD (UK entity, Companies House no. 11850443) was dissolved on October 14, 2025 — just 7 weeks after my account was frozen. Funds were already blocked when the UK entity quietly disappeared.

Multiple users on Trustpilot report identical patterns: accounts frozen without cause, KYC demanded then ignored, withdrawals silently blocked for months

At least one victim has reported that LATOKEN's Compliance Team provided false information to the Estonian FIU, claiming funds had been released while accounts remained frozen

What I've done so far:

Sent a formal legal notice threatening regulatory action → ignored

Published a 1-star Trustpilot review → no response

Filed a formal complaint with the Estonian Financial Supervision Authority (Finantsinspektsioon) regarding license FVR001030 → submitted this week

LATOKEN operates under Estonian virtual asset license FVR001030. The FSA is now formally involved.

If you're in the same situation, please comment or DM me. The more victims document this collectively, the stronger the regulatory case becomes. A coordinated complaint from multiple users with significant amounts at stake is exponentially more effective than individual ones.

Stay away from LATOKEN if you haven't already deposited. This platform appears to have shifted to a model of freezing accounts indefinitely after collecting funds = Scam

If you search for accusations against Latoken on this forum, there are many, to the point that they're known as a bad exchange, and some of the complainants may have forgotten about their cases. I suspect many people have filed class actions in the past, given the numerous similar complaints on various review platforms and forums. However, I still find it hard to believe they're still operating today.

snip

Unfortunately, what @noorman0 wrote is completely true. LATOKEN exchange has been considered a scam for years. Unfortunately, they've scammed a huge number of users, and I haven't heard of anyone successfully recovering their money. I'm sorry to tell you this, but I'm afraid you'll have to accept the loss.
