I guess you can say that they are trying to avoid doing the hard work, they want someone else to do it while they benefit from it and that's not really how it works. One major reason why a lot of people ask others to invest for them is because they probably think that crypto is some kind of rocket science but that's not really the case. You don't have to wait until you become a professional before you think of investing in it.

It is better for someone to teach you about it than for them to invest for you, it doesn't even make any sense because investing in Bitcoin takes more than just putting in your capital into the market, you must also take risks on your on terms and have a strategy that would be suited to your financial state, every investment made should be your decision and not something someone else should make for you.

Apart from laziness and lack of interest to learn, the major thing I see there is that most investors just want people they could hold accountable if anything goes wrong. They want who they could blame and hold responsible if they run at loss and that is why some are ready and willing to give whomever is ready to do the investment for them but if you must accept it, you must make them sign an undertaken to accept in fate whatever happens because you just need to let them do that so you would be on the safe side or better still you avoid doing anything for them. You just teach and explain to them how the process works and leave them to run their investments themselves.

Personally, I have also fallen victim of it by investing in Ponzi scheme where I was promised very high return on a short period of time, but if I had good knowledge about Bitcoin investing then, I wouldn't fall to such victim, so for this very reason don't ask people to invest in Bitcoin for you, but learn about Bitcoin investing, and do your investment by yourself.

People will only understand how important it is to be informed and not be tempted by offers that seem too good when they become victims.. that's why, because so many people have already fallen victim, it's important for people to realize that no matter how convincing an offer may seem, they should always take the time to verify and always understand that managing Bitcoin investments is your own responsibility, not someone else's, and that there is no such thing as a guaranteed return.

It doesn't work that way, and it would be preferable to just comprehend that you want to invest before learning more about it because that is how it is meant to be. They would advise you right away to start with information so that everything else may follow. That is how things should be, since most people make the error of having an interest but not wanting to give it up, which is a problem because you don't expect others to bear your burdens. And it is not even that difficult, so they should learn to be able to handle their investments, and since it is just an investment, you just need to be able to buy and sell and know when to sell.

They want to profit from Bitcoin, yet there is a lack of knowledge.
Delving into Bitcoin simply because you see it as an opportunity to make money can easily make one put their attention on the profits more than the asset itself. Before putting money into something, it’s crucial to first have basic understanding of what you’re buying, the potential risks and benefits and not just blindly going into it simply because you heard from someone that it’s profitable. This helps one prepare themselves for the future, just incase things take an unexpected turn.
