For a new swap, I don't think that you'll get this much users already as you start. But I am curious how did you get a lot of those users to find your service while you're still new?
Did you advertise somewhere else? because when a new swap comes out, the issue for most users is about trust.
These reviews are easy to buy, especially since they do not contain transaction details, order ID, or amount; $100 is enough to generate hundreds of them.
Without depositing amount in escrow and having experiences here, it is hard to believe.
That's true, we'll trust more of those reviews if there are a likes of bestchange in the midst of it which they have no control over the reviews given to them.
You've only been registered since March 2026 and based on the reviews that you've got, it seems that all of them are good even from a month ago and weeks ago.

Thank you for your questions.
Swaply is a new public brand, but part of our audience comes from partner communities, monitoring platforms, community channels, and users familiar with crypto exchange services.
We understand that trust takes time for new exchanges, which is why we are actively working on transparency, community presence, and service development.
We appreciate the feedback.
Good luck, there are a lot of likes the service of yours which have been in the forum and they're very active here.
Maybe just some improvement and by hearing the community's thought if ever something has to be changed or sort of, will make your customers feel that they're always welcome.
