Why Bitcoin Can't Break Free From $80,000

The sellers and buyers are battling it out. It has gone up a lot more than it should in theory considering in the four year cycle world we are at a point where it should be going down. This year suppose to be a bear year, and considering we have gone from 125k to 63k levels (and even lower at times) we have gone down so it is in theory a bear market, but we have gone up so much in the recent month that people think the bear is over, at least some do, and others don't so that's why there is a complication.

No clear sign of trend is common for every market but must be new to bitcoin market. All previous four year cycle happened as expected but this time seems to be a different one when considering the recent surge in bitcoin ETF inflow. So again, as per surprises are commonly expected in every market, here also must agree to face it.

Title should be why its increasingly likely to far exceed 80k.  Last week has 4 attempts to surpass a moving average, I think larger resistance is above but we do have the 200 day average here so some hesitation.
  We just had failure to the downside, a trade below the weekly average for a day but traded just back up and that's a sign of strength likely ongoing.

Currently Bitcoin is over $81.3k and that's a good upward movement and if Bitcoin continues with upward movements then it might somehow reach $85k and at that value it might do some fixation again and after that it'll move toward $90k that's what I think but if things go wrong and Bitcoin somehow drops back below $75k then things will be different. So right now Bitcoin is doing well and market is going upward.

The Bitcoin market has been slowly recovering after the downward trend. We have seen that the price of Bitcoin has fallen a lot at the beginning of this year and has not increased very fast since then, but the current situation is good. We can expect the price of Bitcoin to move towards better because we can already see that it is above $80k, which is a good sign. Reversal is something that is not bad after bitcoin has increased for a period of time, it can also be seen as a retracement. I also think like you but mine is not about Clarity Act, it is about what could possibly happen on the chart.

This is normal, just hodl bitcoin because with time the price will go back up and increase more than this. It can take time before this happen but it will happen. This make me think the long term price speculation is what I prefer which is bitcoin price increase.

If bitcoin doesn't go pass $80k price shortly, it's gonna do that in the long term. Traders would always worry about what the chart looks like and what direction it could go next, when price goes up it's a concern to them as when it falls dip for they don't mind if it's a correction. But for long term thinkers who are investing with that view, the technical and fundamental short time effect on bitcoin price doesn't bother them as they go on consistent with their hodling and take advantage of the dip to increase their hodling by buying more.

Bitcoin price is all what people are expecting to easily moved above expected especially when they have invested at very low price and wanting the price to quickly increase as they plan without them knowing that bitcoin is something that would take time for the market to pick up. As we know when the market increases, we should also expect an easy fall as well because it must make corrections before increasing above the recent price.

That's why one need to understand Bitcoin prices before investing in Bitcoin, it's not something you invest today and you expect price to hit up, one has to be patience and hope for the best, it's a long term investment, you have to give it time, if they ever told you in 2010 that Bitcoin will be $80k by this year you won't believe it, breaking free from $80k is a process, it's was $60k months ago now it's $80k that should tell you that it will improve with time, just buy and hold, you got nothing to fear about Bitcoin, you will never lose if only you hold for long.

I don't think the current market is looking good because the current BTC structure keeps creating new lower lows. As I mentioned on the first page of this thread, there is a good chance we will experience bearishness, which is already happening because there are still big whales who want to squeeze or manipulate the price to gain more liquidity above $80k.

Today's selling volume is relatively high, implying that these traders or large whales are selling or closing their buying positions. I don't see them accumulating more BTC here, but they continue to grab more liquidity above $80k. If you look at the chart, it appears to be a consolidation, but using the heatmap, you can see that they are absorbing a lot of liquidity before suddenly dropping below $80k.
We may still experience some bearishness later on, but this can be changed fundamentally. If good news is announced next week, it may change its behavior; otherwise, there is a good chance we will continue to experience bearishness.

When there are still many sellers in the market, this can be understood as a factor that hinders price increases, and this is the underlying principle behind price fluctuations.

A bullish trend is just a matter of time

It is basic principle of economics that there are buyers and sellers, and large players can get average investor to do wrong thing with news. Whales mostly capitalize on FUD when new laws or regulations are announced. They are seeking for small traders to panic and sell their assets at price that is lower than they would want. It is common occurrence in stock exchanges and not only in crypto.
But, artificial price trends can be only temporarily thwarted through market manipulation. So long as demand for asset continues to increase, sellers will have to sell less and less. That is why it is inevitable for bull market to develop over time. Most important to note by small investors is fact that they need to not pay attention to short term price level and daily hype but to scarcity and adoption of the asset.

Very soon it will cross $80000 with no doubt, currently very less new people are joining and so many factors which is effecting Bitcoin price directly, but definitely within two to three months we can see a up shift breaking BTC break $80000 or create a new ATH.

During this period, we might only speculate like that. The market will move sideways for a period that may be longer. If the situation gets worse in the Middle East, the sideways movement that initially gradually increases could possibly change to a decline that also occurs gradually.

And now it's back at $78k USD after previously failing to break through $82k USD.  This is likely driven by negative market sentiment regarding potential inflation and other factors, leading most investors to hold off on buying and preferring to wait for better news before entering, while monitoring the support level in the $76k–$78k USD area. This doesn't seem like a good thing, as if it continues, there's a possibility that Bitcoin's price could drop further. However, this is still a short-term situation and irrelevant in the long term.
