I just registered and I have to say that the casino runs very smoothly! I'm impressed!

However, I was a bit surprised that I can play in the live casino (from Pragmatic, Evolution, for example), but not in your originals: "You are in a region that does not allow the game to play." Cold you check that please?

considering right now there is only 155 (at the time of this posting) holder and the highest supply owner is LuckyCoin address. I also didn't find the volume of USDSM in CMC or Coingecko. maybe you can give the detail information, and i believe some member also need the explanation too.

In your manifesto it says that there is no KYC for wins under $10k, but the general terms (8.3) says otherwise; that you reserve the right to request documents before egrantung ANY withdrawals. Which is it?
There's also a small type in 8.2 you will want to check out.

Apart from the raffle bonus planned, do you plan any other promotionnal campaigns here?

When I first looked at your ANN I thought it was duckyCoin (considering that twisted font you used). Looks kinda like d instead of L.

As for your platform, I only took a brief look at it, and the design overall uiux was good, modern and looked up to date. I really liked how you added that Apple inspired liquid glass theme to your site.

There is only one thing I noticed when I click your ANN from mobile device and it takes me to the login page, it creates some random strings on the referral code. It gets added there on it's own, and its unique each time. I don't understand this part.

The slogan Transparency is the same as the Betmode casino that used to be here but eventually this casino left the forum due to problems from contests that were not paid out if I'm not mistaken.

Luckycoin is also still under the same company ONCHAIN Technologies Ltd so they do show bankrolls, which is a bit different as this casino now has a Sportsbook whereas the others still don't have one.

I don't think they are creating casinos to widening the operation across boarders but I believe it is to scam gamblers. If it was to widening across for a large participants. Only one genuine casino is enough. And all what they have to do is to maintain the reputation of the casino, and expand it. I think such casino should not be welcome to the forum since their mission is different and have a hiding motive.

It would be good if the LuckyCoin team fixed their terms and conditions, especially the KYC part and the incomplete sentence in section 8.2. The manifesto and the Terms say different things and that is confusing for new users. This community has seen many projects come in with big promises but little transparency, so a new casino looking to build trust here should make sure everything is clear from the beginning.

I tried chatting with your online support and It was written that it takes 10 minutes for online support to respond but they never responded to me till I left your website and till now I have not gotten any response. Is that how you will handle your customers complaints and also visitors as well. Can you please look into this aspect of my observations because it is very important to communicate with the community and be in touch so that you will getting things going on here otherwise it would be an issue for your casino here. I will also advise that you be active here because my experience with your customer care not responding is not funny and if members notices it, they would become sceptical of your casino.

Had a chat with the "owner" and it seems these guys are not that happy to answer questions.  
Upon asking about their various casino platforms, he switched to charging 1,000 stars ($20) to send him a message on Telegram.


As you can see, he confirms they own those other casinos.

Genuine companies can create many branch companies for different business products and targets and most important, they don't scam users. Like in this forum, there are some casinos owned by a same company such as Sportsbet.io, Bitcasino.io and Livecasino.io or Primedice and Stake, 777coin and Bitvest.

Issues only occur with companies that have scam casinos in the past, closed them, abandoned them and creating new ones with likely purposes of scamming more people. It's red flag if a company has scam business in the past, did not resolve cases and moved on with new platforms. It's really hard to convince people that this time, with a new platform, they will not scam people.

USDSM is a US-dollar-pegged Electronic Money Token (EMT) issued by Stable mint Ltd., a fully licensed Electronic Money Institution authorised by the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA). It is MiCA-compliant under Title IV (Articles 48-58) - the same EU regulatory framework that applies to Circle’s USDC and the small group of other MiCA-authorised EMT issuers.

Every USDSM in circulation is backed 1:1 by US dollars held in segregated safeguarded accounts at EU credit institutions. That backing is a regulatory requirement, not a marketing claim - the issuer is supervised by the MFSA and subject to MiCA reserve, liquidity, and own-funds rules.

Hiya @julerz12 - thanks for raising another relavant question, let me explain the set up.

LuckyCoin operates under Onchain Technologies Ltd, which is the licensed B2C operating entity. The licence can be verified in the official Anjouan Gaming Authority public licence register (https://anjouangaming.com/license-register), which lists regulated Internet Gaming Licence holders, including their licence status, licence number, licence type and approved domains.

This type of structure is common in iGaming, where multiple casino brands can operate under the same licensed operator framework while still being managed and operated as separate brands.

LuckyCoin is a separate casino brand with its own management team, commercial setup, product direction and community strategy. The fact that other brands may operate under the same licensed entity does not mean they share the same management, funding, player balances, roadmap or operational standards.

We understand why players look at the broader licence structure, especially in crypto casino communities where trust matters. At the same time, each brand should be judged on its own conduct.
