It certainly wasn't a requirement on my part, I just asked if anyone had streams, and if not, whether the casino planned to add them. I don't think there's anything in this matter that could harm the casino. By the way, the tracker menu has a video launch button, so it would make sense that it should launch a stream, but it's not working right now. Apparently, they're just using the general menu for the tracker and statistics fields. If there aren't any streams, that's not a problem, because many casinos don't have them, and I'll be able to find somewhere to watch the match I want.
