I hit a legitimate max win on a Nolimit City slot on 5 May 2026

Here’s what happened after:

5 May 2026: First withdrawal request (~$8,400) → Cancelled with no explanation.

7 May 2026: Completed full KYC within 1 hour (passport, electricity bill, selfie holding passport + handwritten “Gambana 07/05/26” note).

8 May 2026: Live chat confirmed documents received and under review.

9–13 May 2026: Every withdrawal attempt (BTC, SOL, LTC) cancelled automatically. No meaningful updates despite multiple follow-ups.

I have sent a formal Final Demand email, contacted Nolimit City directly, and filed a complaint with AskGamblers. Still nothing.

This is textbook big-win non-payment. They drag you through verification then cancel everything while they sit on your money.

Gambana is promoted by (@)mattybetss on Instagram (250k+ followers). They are happy to take your deposits and promote big wins, but not so happy to pay them. I even won a couple of UFC parlays thanks to Matty.

If you’re thinking of playing there - don’t. Especially avoid any big wins.

I will update this post with any developments. If they pay, I’ll post proof. If not, this stays up forever.

Sounds like they are investigating something. From what I've seen over the years here in the forum, when a casino cancels or leaves the withdrawal pending and then asks for KYC, it usually means they are investigating something. You'll probably get a response from them sooner or later. Hopefully, the investigation goes in your favor.

How long have you been playing at this casino? Someone at TrustPilot says his $41k was locked in his account, and that review was very recent; that should have been a big warning to steer clear of this casino.

I searched for "Gambana," and at least the top three returned different domain extensions, all representing casino sites: .com, .org, and *.net. One of them banned my IP address, even though it's not in the restricted countries list. Could you clarify which one you're dealing with?

Yes, I noticed that as well. The casino has taken a serious hit in its ratings, with negative reviews reaching 83%, compared to positive reviews which only account for 9% and may even be fake. That is an extremely alarming sign, especially considering the domain has only been in the industry for around 1 year and 8 months.

Unfortunately, if the OP or some of this casino’s victims had done enough research beforehand, they likely would have noticed some of the red flags that should have made them stop playing there. Sadly, many people only notice these warning signs after they get scammed. What makes it worse is that the Gambana team clearly does not even respond to or address these reviews which confirms they have no intention of resolving any issues.

Update: first partial withdrawal of $500 received after KYC review and temporary withdrawal limit applied.
This is the result of immense social media pressure. Will keep updating. Kind of sucks it will take around 16 days to withdraw it all, but hey it’s a start

Obviously this is how a casino behaves if they are running an investigation and they cancel withdrawal or put it pending while they demand for a fresh or new KYC to cross check if the details are still the same with what they have on their possession.
The other way round, the casino might be bankrupt and only using such act as a delay tactics or strategy to either prolong the withdrawal process so they could use it to buy time till they have such an amount or they see if the player would continue gambling till the funds are exhausted to their own benefit. Maybe OP should just give them time and be patient with them till they wrap up with whatever they are doing.

At least inform the player that there is an ongoing investigation but do not just ask for KYC verification and then go silent. I think they are playing a stalling tactic. If they were investigating, why are they letting OP withdraw only $500 

OP avoid small casinos. Use established and reputatable ones for your games.

After you withdraw all your funds, if ever they will let you, people will still stay away from this casino. Your post has been quoted, and it's not a good experience for a user to encounter delays, especially if it's a new casino.
I hope you'll get the whole amount. Don't ever praise them if you get all your funds, if they request it; they don't deserve it.

I completely agree with this, and this is one of the things that really annoys me when casinos do it, instead of properly communicating with the gambler who is experiencing issues, they just leave them in the dark.

In other words, they don't have enough money to pay out your winnings at once? Just $8,400! 
I am imagining what it would be like if you had won something like $100,000. Maybe they would have just shut down their casino.

I will personally never play in small casinos unless it's proven that they do have enough funds. I can't imagine going through the pain of withdrawing my own winnings for days, yet I played the games honestly.
