Hard work hard labor is not really going to mean anything when it comes to guaranteeing being rich or millionaire in the future, I mean if we are going to talk about hard working or labor, we know who works hard in different sectors, I mean would you even say that you are a hard worker than a farmer? or than someone that is doing a blue collar job, they were for sure are the most hard working and doing the hard labor, but the sad trueth for sure is doing hard work and labor is not going to guarantee that you are going to be rich, but for sure it is going to make a difference, instead of doing nothing and being lazy.
This is the biggest lie that the rich and the media told the regular people. If you just lift yourself up from bootstraps and work super hard and have a good college degree, then you will be fine on the long run. Just because you studied very hard, went to a good college, majored in something good, and then grinded hard, doesn't mean you will be wealthy.

Best case scenario in that situation would be that you are going to have a home, and won2t worry about your fridge or tv breaking, you will eb doing fine for a middle class person. But you ain't becoming 90 meter yacht levels of rich that way.

If speaking about hard labor my country has a long history about these words, that decades ago the invaders have came into our country and stole everything we have even, the people which mostly the men should do hard labor because if the people refused the invaders will kill all of them.

At that time people have to work almost no stop from morning to night with no paid for their work even the workers cannot gets decent food which makes some of them have to died. I think it's enough to describe what is hard labor for me because that mean, those who works with crazy our but they didn't paid for decent salaries i think these can be categorized as hard labor

But with the current era i think hard labor is not exist anymore but for work hard certainly the meaning is different because the more work you automatially your salaries will be increases too even, people have good opportunities to earn more money if you work overtime then the money will much higher than the initial salaries so, in my opinion this is the real definition of hard work

I guess most of the discussions on social media are smart and street smart, which is better. Something like that, interviewing a millionaire or a billionaire, I see a lot of videos as well on TikTok, I think it wasn't some kind of lie actually it just more of the tradition even here in my country our parents are just used to having an education something like that, where they think that is where you could actually get rich, most of the time they are going to recommend becoming a doctor or an engineer because when they see a doctor usually have a big house something like that.

But I guess the meta these days are already change because there are a lot of street smart that get richer than someone that is complete there schooling or degree, in my opinion this is just a matter of risk since being street smart you are obviously going to be expose to a lot of risk, there will be a lot of mistakes and usually your going straight to being a enterpreneur where you might get successful rather than landing on a safe job where you could just earn a salary.

The answer is in front of us, but the result is always the opposite because we have seen many hard workers and on the other hand we have also seen hard working people and only the hard working person gets success because if the worker is given space due to his hard work, he would always be successful and this would increase his importance a lot and this is why the worker has been kept at the same importance from the beginning. When a hard working person works, he does it for a purpose and it takes time due to which he succeeds in the end, while the worker gets very little reward for his hard work. If his importance was in the world, that is, he was important because of his own hard work, then he would always progress, but he always works all day for a small amount of money and his life becomes difficult day by day. Hard work also takes time, but those who give time to it are successful, but the worker is kept under the same work so that he does not progress.

Formal education and degrees are not the best or only path to wealth. However, one fact that I believe holds true in most countries is that those who have more stable and comfortable life than the majority are often those with a stronger educational background. People without higher education or formal qualifications can still succeed, but most will face more difficulties and challenges in life

Or look at the world's richest people. Most of them received a solid education and attended prestigious universities. They also send their children to the same schools they attended or to prestigious, top ranked school in the world.

Education and qualifications have always played a crucial role in any economy. Do not underestimate them.
