I wonder why someone will say that education is useless in this digital time when education is very important because without education how can someone be able to step up with modern technologies. No matter how successful that someone is, if they do not have a formal education something is still missing in them because the society respects learned people. If one is not educated, he will still feel inferiority complex when he is around people who are educated. Education unlocks the integral part of a person so it is necessary.

Even setting aside the question of respect from society (since that is an extremely subjective factor), there are still formal matters to consider. And you can boast all you want and talk about how education is unnecessary and you can get a job without a degree, but the fact remains: in practically every job listing, education is just as much a required qualification as specific work experience. So it is too early to write it off.

So it is too early to write it off.

These days, you can still get a job without degree because some companies don't require a high level of education or formal qualifications. However, the bitter truth is that you'll have almost no chance of reaching high level positions such as director or CEO without a degree, no matter how strong your professional skill are.

Another fact, and I believe this is true in most countries is that the vast majority of people with stable income, comfortable lives and wealth are educated and have qualification. Meanwhile, those without education or qualification make up a large part of the poor and unemployed.

Skills are increasingly valued, but qualifications remain one of the important criteria in recruitment. The value of a degree has never really disappeared.

So, people saying that education is useless, doesn't carefully check the good side of it and this has make some people to lose important things or relationships that they may have if they are in school, as it have affects their mindset through the poor mentality they have towards the idea of school.

Those people who say that education is useless either simply do not have one at all, or do not know how to use it. Education is not a set of hard skills that you list in your resume to guarantee you a job one hundred percent. It is a way of thinking that, with the right direction, can provide you with the ability to develop both the hard and soft skills you need. And in different fields, not only limited to what is written in the specialty line of your diploma.
A lot of people who think that education is useless are those individuals who only go to school mainly because of getting a white collar job, honestly I was not among the people that said education is useless, but I found myself in the position of getting a job after my education, but one thing I was very happy about is when I realized that it is not guarantee to get white collar job after you graduate, that is when I stand up and said to myself you are a man and you must have responsibilities.

Education is very important in our life, because honestly ever since I finished my school, I have been seen a lot of advantage of it, which I'm encouraging so many people to ignore getting white Collar job and focus on their education. Being educated is beyond getting a white collar job.
Been educated isn't even about going to a higher institution people are educated in different ways which includes different skills and ideas, now coming to been a graduate and expected to get a job in a government or a private sector this is what most persons have in mind before going to school and become a graduate and ones there is no job for them after they have went to school and aquired some certain knowledge they now see education and schooling as what not important because it couldn't put food on their table forgetting that they can use the knowledge and skills they have gotten to start up what good for themselves, education isn't just about white collar jobs young people should know this.

No, that is far from how it always works. That kind of ratio is fair in relation to law-abiding countries with stable and developing economies. But in countries where corruption is extremely large-scale, it will no longer work that way. Just as it does not work in conditions of war, for example. When the ratio of the workforce changes sharply, when there is a shortage of specialists. For example, right now in Ukraine a tiler earns more than an educated IT specialist. Because tilers generally have no way to avoid mobilization, they get taken into the army. And those who remain in civilian life are very few, and therefore demand for them grows many times over. Whereas IT specialists can afford to be deferred, and there are many of them on the market.
