The recommended faucet should fulfill several conditions:

• Minimum existence 1 year
• That they are not covered with banners and pop-up garbage
• Verified payment, ideally via faucetpay
• It would be good to write a short experience if you have already recommended someone
• It's OK to post a referral link

Maybe it could be more than 10 if they are in good condition.
