Trump is suing the executive arm of the government that he leads. For me its like suing yourself and asking for a settlement. It would have made sense if he were not the president. Trump once said that he might consider donating the money he might get from the settlement to good charities. Florida District Judge Kathleen M. Williams has questioned the constitutionality of this lawsuit. I am not surprised because with Trump, everything is possible.
