I don't say the AI is useless, but some people and media make exaggerated claim about AI actual role/capability.

Ok2, I understand, overestimation will indeed create a belief that the AI can hack or unlock a wallet that has forgotten its password.
So it would be FOMO about Bitcoin forgetting the key.

AI is an assistant and requires input from humans, so these kinds of inputs used to break into banks are the most prohibited.

Even if blockchain wallet includes technical defect, most advanced AI tool will certainly not have tability to fix the damaged code from outside. Those who believe that AI can penetrate such security walls are just falling for this AI craze in media.

In this particular instance, it is all about shoddy software development and not about forgotten password. If official recovery tool is buggy, user is in trap, correct key can no longer open lock. Only real solution here is for developers to make patched and working version of wallet software. Until then, none of AI prompt or password guesses will assist owner in getting their money.

These AI tools can brute force weak passwords but it can not be able to brute force Bitcoin private keys. Even quantum computers have yet reached to that powerful computation for this task, and it's safe to use good Bitcoin open source, non custodial wallets for generating mnemonic seed, private keys offline to use for your bitcoin storage.

Passwords can be or not be brute forced, depends on their security.

If someone says it could do something that remarkable, who knows what else it could do that other AI's don't do? This promotion will certainly cause a surge in the usage of Claude. I'm personally curious to find out what it does better than ChatGPT, which to me has been the most reliable AI at the moment in terms of critical reasoning.

Sesoerang will also try all Wallets ebrhope the same thing will happen LOL.

The wallet owner also has a backup file that just forgets the password and all the data is still there, so it's a kind of Bruteforce with AI help as well to find combinations faster.
All the password lists are remembered and the original files will be very helpful, but the backup files cannot be hacked into a Bitcoin wallet.

Both password and the file will be on the server and could be accessed by someone.

Definitely should empty the entire wallet after doing this if anybody is trying to replicate the attempt and do the same to recover their long lost password because once credentials are getting into the AI, it may be used to train the AI for future use.

Imagine getting the wallet leaked by the AI itself.
