I'm guessing you are an official representative. There has been some threads started for this casino from users within the past week.

I just activated the bonus and used it first on the coinflip and I'm not down to $3, I'll probably go all or nothing on the next spin. I'll recommend that you add some graphics to the design, it could be something more attractive than a simple red or blue to keep the player interested. I can't see an option to mute audio too from my end without having to reduce the volume on my PC to zero.

You're the first casino I've seen with an option to call moderators. Doesn't that pose some privacy risk for the player? An active chat is more than enough to resolve issues.

I don't know if you saw the previously created thread^[1] for your site. If you didn't, then I would suggest you go through it and see some of the advice that was dropped there, especially in relation to your ann design.

It would be a better idea to step up your ann game and get people to drop a discussion here. Your Ann thread is the first impression your brand leaves on people's minds, and if it isn't solid, people are going to think of you less unless your site is good enough to cover up for the Ann's job.

Throughout my journey on this forum, I have never ever seen any casinos saying "reserves the right to maintain the confidentiality of certain licensing, operational, compliance, and corporate registration details". This is literally the first and a confusing one. And you know what I think, Zwei? Same as you, it's pure bs. There is no way this is a real thing. What's there to hide? What are they so afraid of? In most of the cases, casinos with proper license likes to showcase their license as a trophy, as a sign of recognition. (you know what I mean). But for dosi, it's completely the opposite, because they think someone might hurt their business? LOL..

WHy not make a proper ANN Thread because what you have here is not befitting of aa casino where people will deposit even $50 to more of thousands of dollars. A lot of things not properly presented, no graphics and very hard to see any serious information in this scanty thread. Follow the recommendation of getting copper membership or higher the services of some experience guys here who can help you design a good ANN thread.

Furthermore, your TOS is looking like you are operating in secrecy which is not good for a new casino. I have your website and have gone through your ToS as that also interests me and I noticed a little or minor discrepancies in age eligibility. On your eligibility criteria I saw 20 years and above then on you privacy policy, I saw 18 and above. This is a bit confusing because if a teenager reads your privacy policy they would think it is 18 and above but on the ToS you have 20 and above  which is very contradictory. It is better to effect the correction immediately now that you are.

The better approach would be the other way round, let the people see the Lobby before they can decide to sign up. This is what most platforms and exchanges do. Psychologically a preview makes the user more likely to sign up than when it's not there

I completely agree. Not showing what I'll see after registration makes me think of something being hidden, or that you're ashamed to show what's inside. In my opinion, it raises more suspicion than encourages to registration.

I don't know of any casino that has Dice Poker, sure maybe the others of course but we are continuing to add unique games in time.
As for the lobby, I agree I believe it would better if everyone is able to see a preview of the games, this will be fixed.

OK, I will give you that, but that is just one out 6 UNIQUE games you listed in the OP. My objection is with the term 'unique'. Many million dollar operations spend a lot of time and money on creating their unique house games.

First let me begin by saying a warm welcome to this forum, it's great having this casino here as one of the several others seeking for exposure..

I read through the ANN and I have a few reservations, first is the easy registration - no kyc and email verification stuff, now about no kyc, this is very much understandable, but about no email verification, I am wondering how a user can be able to recover their account incase any time anything goes wrong, and with this feature, don't you think that accounts can easily be hacked, what if I register with someone elses email address and the person later on tries to register with same email, what happens?

And about accepted crypto currencies, I think bitcoin, ether and sol aren't enough, maybe include stable coins like USDT, usdc and make it deposit and withdrawal available through all major blockchain networks.
