Was having some brief discussions with a friend of mine about bitcoin but he seems to be adamant and not paying to attention to things that concern bitcoin because his experience where some people scammed him through bitcoin and he was told to invest a specific amount of money into the platform and he will be receiving around 3,000 Naira every day that he doesn’t need to stressed himself or do anything but only daily basis he will be having a return of 3k as programmed on the site. When he explained his experience I told him that it is he’s greed that led him to be easily scammed that how did he expect to be at home doing nothing and expect money to reading on his profile that is enough to scam him because these site that sound to real to be true are often happens to be scam site.

The last he concluded with me is that bitcoin is not friendly since anyone can create a site and let people to make deposits to that particular that is not something they should be putting their money.Then I answered him that where on earth do you think that manner falls from above without you knowing the secret to what that is giving you that 3k daily.

What I understood from him is that, he terrible experience has made him dislike bitcoin without having the knowledge that bitcoin is not scam but anyone can use it as a tools to scam people, same thing happens to fiat I mean our local currency that anyone can scam you through the local currency if you do not make proper research about the place and here you are to put your money into.

I believe that there are more people who are like this outside your country that someone might have scam them through bitcoin whereby they wouldn’t have that joy or fun to engage themselves into bitcoin investment because of ugly experience they had through bitcoin.

we truly owe no one any explanation inasmuch as they can visit the internet and search for their interest. We have more of self taught these days than anything so if somebody truly has a vested interest in something, the best they can do is to go and learn about it all by themselves. Before I was disturbing myself trying to teach all my circle what I know because I want them to also learn what I know especially when it is financially beneficial to me but I’ve left that zone now. I’ve come to realize over the time that it is not necessary as many people are just garbage and really want to benefit themselves or be useful to themselves rather they prefer to take from you and just focus on your own benefits instead of creating one themselves.

What I have actually seen is that a lot of people just judge Bitcoin because of their first experience of Bitcoin rather than trying to understanding how Bitcoin truly works. Whereas when someone gets scammed off while using a fake investment site, they think just conclude and say that Bitcoin is a risky investment, but this same do not blame the internet, banks or the mobile phone when scammers use them as well. See one thing about scammers is that they always go wherever money flowing.

Another point is that a lot of newbies enter the crypto world with the expectation of earning big money in a short period of time. This puts them in a position to fall victim of unrealistic promises made.  Making the real money in Bitcoin investment means that there is no guarantee of making profits every day,  without any risk. You should start by telling him that he invested in Ponzi scheme and not bitcoin, bitcoin doesn't pay any definite ROI and the best way to invest into bitcoin isn't through a third party site and bitcoin is better approached with long-term investment attitude and not immediate gratification that scammers promise to lure people, he should understand bitcoin for it's decentralization and self-custody. the mistake was his and not that of Bitcoin. You don't have to prove anything to them, if you care enough, only explain to them and give them security measures not to fall for another scam and advise against greed, always allow them to make their own decisions in bitcoin so they don't hold you responsible for future mistakes because you tried to prove or convince them about bitcoin.

Exactly. There's this scam eye they use to look at you. Only you go advice yourself to leave them. But it is best you tell trusted circles or family members that won't look at you that way. People who have trust in you will listen attentively to you. So my advice is to not just leave anyone that you know the person will be interested in it if you tell them.

Bitcoin have change lives and also ruined some, just need to be on the winning side. Time is off the essence, and we need to take proper opportunities to come out path currently, not depending on some random favours, we worked our way to the very top. On the records, you can’t force people to understand Bitcoin. The best you can do is point them in the right direction and let curiosity do the rest. If they take time to research and understand it, then they’re genuinely open to learning. But if they refuse to even check, then maybe they’re not ready yet. Not everyone sees things at the same time.

The thing is that Bitcoin investment is available for everyone but only the interested ones invest, when I read the title of this thread from the op, the first thing that came to my mind is do we need to give a fuck, you do not need to talk to anyone that shows no interest on Bitcoin, if you even mention Bitcoin to anyone and they show no interest just lock up, we do not need to win the heart of anybody to bitcon, if we tell them what they are supposed to hear and they pay less attention then so be it because even those that are interested should not be force or persuaded to invest, they have the right to do whatever they choose, it is their money and their time, investment decision is personal, me I believe say the investment na per head.

I feel pity for him for losing his money to these so called data boys are are hell bent on scamming people off their money. But just as you have said I feel that he should be blamed too if not how can someone tell him to invest money into a platform that you don't know with the promise of receiving a daily interest reward. Anyone that ask you to invest bitcoin in any investment platform, then the person is trying to scam you. Any investment platform that promises you a particular amount of money daily, weekly or monthly as a reward without risk is a scam platform.

When you are investing in bitcoin, you are not suppose to leave bitcoin in any platform, you are not even suppose to leave your bitcoin even on your exchange. If u Dey buy am finish, make sure say u withdraw am go ur non custodial wallet, because ur bitcoin no even save if u leave am for d exchange wey u buy am no matter how reputable d exchange be.

When you invest in bitcoin, assurance no Dey say u go make profit immediately, but if u fit hold am, u go later make money in future, so anybody wey promise u profit within a specific time, then u suppose know say na scam d person wan scam u. Forget, many people have been scammed from Bitcoin investment. Na why be sae when they complain bitterly of their experience of getting scammed, I try to see reason with them, not to blame them though cos na wetin peso no know them go use am scam you, and it feels bad when you hear the same name mentioned to you. Your friend really needs therapy seriously. If it's putting money on site like that to earn a fixed amount daily, I have done it many times without numbers and I knew how long i was later to recovered from the lost, could you believe that I invested in one site called crypto-Goal that time almost about 400k whereabouts and I was earning 20k daily for 5 months as stated, but believe you me I wasn't able to withdraw up to 100k, the site just off one day and we were told to be patience enough they are in maintainance till today nothing was seen related to that. So it's better we the newbies should learn more,research and also verify any links being introduced to us.

In my own understanding, blaming bitcoin or avoiding bitcoin entirely is not a solution to him, atleast he should have learn from his mistakes. So proving to him or explaining to him about bitcoin is a waste of time. What happened to your friend has nothing to do with bitcoin investment but his greed and hunger for  quick money is what has  lead him into what he is experiencing and now he's looking for bitcoin to put his so called blame on. He was moved by one of this real to be true offer that scammers normally use to victimize their victim. However, this will serve as a lesson to him and even to many others  that is always running  after quick money not minding the implication of their actions. Am also, bitcoin can never promise you a quick profits in a short time, and it's has been the most legit and reliable investment plan of all time so your friend should look for what is his problem because I believe it actually not bitcoin investment.

I have my own personal decision to make when it comes to bitcoin and I don't have to brag about it or force people to also learn an adult Bitcoin at the same time, I treat anything situation accordingly to how it appeared to me, if someone is interested to learn bitcoin then I give my all to ensure that I impacted the necessary information to that person, there's no need of making an argument at the course of discharging the information we know, we only have to align ourselves together with what other sees as opinion to what bitcoin is and there is no need to argue on anything, but right within our mind we know what is supposed, bitcoin is not meant for dialogue or argument that will lead to unnecessary conflict, is developed the best approach to how we could engage with others and let them understand the necessary things about bitcoin network and opportunities.

Your friend lacks knowledge of Bitcoin, and so far, he isn't trying to learn. In my current state, I dont force anyone or try to convince anyone to understand Bitcoin.  What I do is, if anyone asks me a question that I know the answer to, I will give my own 2 cent and make sure I explain it very well for the person. Anyone who wants to learn will learn, you dont have to prove Bitcoin to anyone.
