I don't really talk much about Bitcoin
Well in our country they can start looking at you with a certain eye.
If a person has such opinion you can tell to go check what Bitcoin really is
It now boils down to them making a decision without u stressing urself.
If dem check ahn then he mean say dem ready to see things well
But if dem nor check, e mean say dem nva ready.

I agreed with you ,to be honest you don't have to prove to people about Bitcoin to save your stress in one side you have to tell him or her to check it by that self because people believe it when dey see it by there.
Because I overhead someone that dey scam him, you see this is must reason why some of them we not believe you and even up till now must all this people see Bitcoin as scam , because must have meet wrong people on the system.

I believe that there are more people who are like this outside your country that someone might have scam them through bitcoin whereby they wouldn’t have that joy or fun to engage themselves into bitcoin investment because of ugly experience they had through bitcoin.

He's confusing a scam scheme for Bitcoin which isn't even close.

He can't be that dump to know with 3k investing in Bitcoin how possible? Then you are expecting to receive 3k daily. He shouldn't even be angry because I don't see how exactly he was hoping to make such returns.

People who gets scammed will never learn their lesson and more people will still continue in same path. Will I call it greed or just been dump? What investment would give you back such returns. His problem isn't with Bitcoin but himself.

He should try his best to work on himself and not blaming Bitcoin. If he still feels Bitcoin is the cause of his problem then there's no problem. Bitcoin isn't for everyone.

There are many types of scams happening through Bitcoin, it cannot be denied. However, some bad fraudsters are responsible for this. But the victims of this scam are mainly poor people. Because since they are in need, their needs are not met. So they always want to get rich very quickly.

That is why even after seeing the trap of such fraud, they often invest their hard earned money without realizing it, and later suffer losses. There is also a lack of awareness and lack of education. It is not useful to blame only the fraudsters. The person who gives the money should also make some judgment and invest in any sector.

Once you have the mindset that you can make easy cash through easy means then you become an easy target for scammers online and your quest to get easy money actually cloud your judgement to the extent that you forget that there is no such thing as easy money. This particular period is even worse as there are lots of tools and apps that can make all these scams seems so realistic that you can hardly detects if they are fake. one of the easiest scams that scammers use is the investment schemes that they promise victim so much and in their greed they are blinded by the fake reality.

Your friend lacks knowledge of Bitcoin, and so far, he isn't trying to learn. In my current state, I dont force anyone or try to convince anyone to understand Bitcoin.  What I do is, if anyone asks me a question that I know the answer to, I will give my own 2 cent and make sure I explain it very well for the person. Anyone who wants to learn will learn, you dont have to prove Bitcoin to anyone.
Trying to prove Bitcoin to anyone will even likely make the person to see you as scammer and you have your own reasons why you are trying to prove Bitcoin to him, few words can be enough for a wise because they will maximize it and learn more by other personal research, you don't force people to learn, when people see what is good they take advantage of it, how friend lack knowledge about bitcoin and what pains me most is he can not do his own findings properly and why he was scammed and even after being scammed.

When I was a noob, I made the same mistake, so I understand your friend completely. He cannot spot the differences between a Ponzi scheme and Bitcoin. He feels both are the same, or should I say he's still hurt by the ugly experience. So just let him be; maybe in time he will come around and invest. You don't need to persuade anyone to invest in Bitcoin.

You won't blame him, people react to certain experience and it will take to loosen up. It was a bad experience but a selfish move from your friend, he should know that nothing comes so easy, he was expecting to get free profits just like that without doing anything for the profits, of course greed and ignorance, but that won't bring back what he lost.

You do not need prove, Bitcoin investment is a choice, if he does not feel the need to invest, then so be it, lets focus on those who understands how profitable it is to seize the opportunity.

What I understood from him is that, he terrible experience has made him dislike bitcoin without having the knowledge that bitcoin is not scam but anyone can use it as a tools to scam people, same thing happens to fiat I mean our local currency that anyone can scam you through the local currency if you do not make proper research about the place and here you are to put your money into.

I believe that there are more people who are like this outside your country that someone might have scam them through bitcoin whereby they wouldn’t have that joy or fun to engage themselves into bitcoin investment because of ugly experience they had through bitcoin.

What I have to say is that anyone who claims to hate bitcoin simply because he or she was scammed using bitcoin is nothing but a hypocrite if same person still likes and still carry out transactions in fiat currency like our Nigerian naira, this is exactly the very thing many people often refer to as misplaced priorities.

Its simply ignorance and lack of understanding that will make anybody hate bitcoin simply because they were scammed through it, forgetting that every day that comes and passes, different people in different place around the world also gets scammed in local currencies too, does that automatically mean victims hate fiat? Of course not, those who hate bitcoin because of experiences like this still lack basic understanding of bitcoin, they seem not to understand yet that bitcoin is also a currency.

Was having some brief discussions with a friend of mine about bitcoin but he seems to be adamant and not paying to attention to things that concern bitcoin because his experience where some people scammed him through bitcoin and he was told to invest a specific amount of money into the platform and he will be receiving around 3,000 Naira every day that he doesn’t need to stressed himself or do anything but only daily basis he will be having a return of 3k as programmed on the site. When he explained his experience I told him that it is he’s greed that led him to be easily scammed that how did he expect to be at home doing nothing and expect money to reading on his profile that is enough to scam him because these site that sound to real to be true are often happens to be scam site.
This happened because your friend was a blind believer but if he doesn't understand his mistake then no matter how much I explain to him in detail he won't listen to it, that's normal. He wanted to earn money without any effort and therefore invested in an unreliable site but he lost his investment money. Although these things are very painful to hear but at some point there are many reasons why these things happen to them.

Anyway, you already tried your best to advise him by explaining both the good and bad sides of the matter. If he still cannot understand from that, then there may be no need to keep explaining the same thing again and again. However, if he questions himself, then he will definitely understand his mistakes and will also understand your words.

There are people that you cannot just convince about Bitcoin, they are completely convinced that Bitcoin is a ponzi scheme or an investment fraud that's going to crash at some point. You cannot always prove a point to people when it comes to Bitcoin investment. If they carry out personal research they would understand the crypto market better, beginners don't take out their time to understand what the market is all about before they get into it and as a result of that they get scammed and when they do this makes them blame others or just calling Bitcoin a scam.

Your friend wasn't interested in learning more about Bitcoin investing, instead they rushed into investing in Bitcoin like crazy, hoping to make money very quickly, and if he had the slightest knowledge that Bitcoin investment never promises a specific return, but without understanding that, he is interested in investing in a Ponzi scheme without any judgment and analysis in the hope of getting about three thousand naira per day, actually many investors may not get the results they expect after holding Bitcoin for a long time, so how can he think that he will be able to earn this amount of naira per day. So at this stage we need to remember that everyone should start with their own knowledge when investing in Bitcoin and investing in Bitcoin through a third-party site is not the way to go.

I understand how hard it is to believe in something that was falsely used to extort you but that doesn't make it the best decision that those guys should be taking. The problem with most people is that they lack the curiosity to ask questions and do their own personal research. It would have been a lot more easier if that guy had done his research maybe he would have come across the word self custody or maybe decentralized they would have been able to distinguish bitcoin from everywhere kind of assets. Maybe next time you want to convince anybody try asking them to at least do their own research to clear their doubts.

Absolutely right, there are some people who will never be able to convince them about the positive effects of Bitcoin because they do not want to understand it themselves, the misconception they have is right. If a person is not interested in learning about Bitcoin themselves then you will never be able to convince them of the positive effects of Bitcoin or how important it is to invest for the future. I think this is completely the failure of those people not anyone else.

There are many people who start investing in Bitcoin without knowing anything about Bitcoin just hoping to make quick money in the short term and without proper planning and as a result, they end up losing money financially. They say all sorts of nonsense about Bitcoin which are completely baseless and start blaming others. They cannot accept or understand that they have basically lost money due to their mistakes and no one else is responsible for it. Before starting to invest it is very important to gain basic knowledge about Bitcoin and to use money for investment that we can lose which will not put financial pressure on ourselves. It is very important to always use such money.  The price of Bitcoin is volatile and fluctuates very quickly, so it is wise to invest with the right knowledge and a long-term plan.

I thought that at this point common sense will have made Nigerians smart about things like this, money doubling schemes like this one have been used to scam people more times than I can count already that it is a wonder that people still fall for it, maybe if it was something a bit more complicated then I would understand.
Your friend made a mistake and paid for it but that doesn't mean you should let them walk around with the wrong idea of what bitcoin is, with that kind of mindset they might as well be poisoning other people minds on what bitcoin is an unless they are made aware that their scam scheme that robbed them actually had nothing to do with bitcoin they might just keep such negative thinking about bitcoin.

Your friend fell for that because he wanted a fast way to success and not ready to take things gradually until he becomes better at what he does and can fetch himself a good way of making money. Bitcoin is a very great tool for investment that you can earn from, but some people tend to run away from it because of it long term purpose before you can get to benefit from it, but that’s actually the best way to earn without looking too lazy or termed getting rich quickly. You don’t have to prove anything to anyone about bitcoin, once you’ve told them about it and they’re not convinced enough, just let them be and focus on your own investment.
