It's true, I've had many irresponsible attitudes, especially when I was starting to gamble at the casino. I spent a lot and desperately, I wasn't in control of what I was doing. I was always looking for ways to gamble chasing losses and I didn't consider money much. Later, when I saw that the money wasn't enough, I started to see things differently and I started reading more here, I started to be more careful.
Even if they have a lot of money if they gamble recklessly in the end they will feel the money run out quickly, let alone chase losses and then increase the bet then automatically the chances of losing much faster than winning.

All learn from their own experience or others who often share their thoughts here, now I have concluded that the more positive to take then it should be applied in my gambling, just think of this as a strategy so as not to be reckless anymore.

If your mood is not good enough, casino games or sports betting will be the same. I have been in a situation like that. Fast-paced casino games like slots can quickly use up your money when you are not enjoying the game properly. The same goes for sports betting, where it is very likely that you place bets out of emotion and risk more or all of your budget on a single betting slip.
For many years, I've been trying to learn not only how to control my bankroll, but also how to control my emotions. While I'm somewhat successful with the former, I can't say the same about the latter. My emotions get heightened when I see things aren't going my way. I have to convince myself that this is a natural process and that I should stop completely or for a period of time to avoid doing something stupid.

the solution is one and only one, to set limits
set yourself a budget, only in this way would you avoid spending money that you need
only in this way do you avoid harming yourself and those around you, obviously this is my personal thought and I don't intend to teach anyone anything
The budget idea is excellent; things are always better that way. When we talk about money we're willing to lose, it's the safest plan of all. It's also all about keeping our word; it's not the same to do things recklessly as it is to have control and discipline. Without discipline, it's impossible to achieve anything. Many players fail to develop discipline, and that's when they get bad results.

For sure budgeting is one of the best things any gambler can practice because it create that limit which prevent gambler from risking more than they can afford to lose..  Once there is already a set amount planned out, it will become easier to avoid unnecessary chasing of losses and emotional decision..
And like you said, it requires control and discipline also, because it takes discipline to stick to your budget no matter the outcome..

The only reason for most of the losses of gamblers is the lack of self-control in the gambler, if he can control himself, it is possible to refrain from gambling with extra money, but this control is not in them, and for this reason, when they lose, they tend to gamble with extra money to recover that loss. And this is what makes them face a lot of losses. But if this issue can be controlled in advance, then we can refrain from gambling before we lose too much beyond our ability. And this is why it is very important to set a financial budget in advance in gambling, it will keep us safe from unexpected losses in gambling.

I agree that it is a close relation between budgeting and self-control because only when a gambler has self-control will he or she respect the limit. A lot of gamblers make a budget before they play, but the issue begins after they have suffered a loss. They may often become emotionally involved and start chasing losses using additional funds, believing they will catch up easily. That generally leads to even greater issues. A budget is not just about saving money, it's about saving decision making too. Gambling becomes more controlled and safer once one learns to stop at the designated point, either when they win or lose.
