I’ve been thinking about this lately: Health only what matters , it s the ultimate Capital !

We spend too much time focusing on  work,  projects, or even gambling , but we often forget that the physical and the mental are  100% linked .

Your brain is only as strong as your body allows it to be.

From my experience, health is the only asset that allows you to get back up after a fall. Whether it's through sports or just staying active, keeping your physical "hardware" in top shape is the best way to maintain a strong morale and a sharp mind.

Never neglect the physical. Without health, all the other capital we build doesn't really matter.

no addiction 🥴💉💊❤️‍🩹 Because Life is short and we have to stay or keep our primary  Nature Clean

Life is short ...My advice to all People Here !  :  TAKE CARE OF YOUR BODY ( It is more than half of You and it helps cognitif side Wink


I m here to help with Program , exercices , Calories  , all the things that will make you better Wink

It s a help ( FREE)  , we all need it one time but i thank god who made me skip this so i offer my help to those who are in need !

I am following these steps for a better life: Cheesy

 👉Avoid packaged food, eat healthy and small amounts of food.
   (Eat to live, don't live to eat)

 👉Light exercise and meditation every morning - (Of course, too much time cannot be wasted on meditation/exercise)

 👉Always think positively, which keeps your brain and body's hormones normal.

 👉Of course, avoid social media or keep a specific time for its use, you cannot get addicted to it.

 👉Avoid unnecessary thoughts (thoughts that have no benefit or knowledge and which waste time and body) forever!

 👉Eat light food after evening (don't eat heavy food after evening) Go to bed late at night and try to wake up early in the          morning.
