Have you guys read the news that Neymar is injured again and won’t be able to play in the upcoming friendlies games, including the wc opening match against Morocco? They really shouldn’t have included Neymar in the squad anymore since he’s already expected to be injury-prone. Joao Pedro is available it’s just disappointing that Joao Pedro wasn’t included in Brazil’s lineup..

The thing looks really bad. However this is now reality. Actuall no one in the world has any doubts about the magic of Neymar's feet but his body is no longer able to take the pressure of this top level football. The smartest move for Brazil at this time was not to gamble on Neymar's fitness all the time and to focus on fresh and fit player like Joao Pedro or Endrick. Don't get me wrong, I wish him a speedy recovery but betting on him on such big stage like the World Cup is just meaningless

I just make a research on the issue and the way things are going he will miss the main tournament once the final squads approval has been done by FIFA. They should have an outstanding player to replace him because the way the injury is, even if he recovers from the current injury, he will not play to the satisfaction of fans so if I were the coach, it is better to remove him from the squad and put a befitting played there. Neymar will not strong enough to play in this world cup.

Several factors will not make people to go to the world cup at US this year but several people will go to Canada and Mexico. The condition US has put in place to prevent people are strict. US would have been a center peace of this world cup but seems that things are in the opposite side of the tournament in US. Fans of football use this period to travel to countries they have not reached before and see new things and learn new things but US is making things difficult to go. Though they are doing this for security reasons.

What I've seen is that there are many detractors of the World Cup; they're not interested in it happening because many things could go wrong. I hope that doesn't happen because this World Cup will undoubtedly be one of the best. It's the first time so many teams are participating, and it will be the last World Cup with so many stars. Honestly, this World Cup has great sentimental value for me. I think the things that could happen are huge. I just hope that the warmongers find peace during that time.

I don't know what you mean by the last world cup with many stars, are you referring to Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo? Those two are actually exceptional and will be missed in the entire football world. They have no replacement at the moment but there are many prospective players like Yammal who many of us are looking up to replicate the record of Messi or attempt to. He is still young and still have many years ahead to make his mark.

Yah yah the two teams did their best but USA got 3 goals against Senegal who got 2 goals.  It was an interesting game.
Aside that according to news again. Iran is to stay in Mexico to play their games and training throughout the World Cup period and request was make for them to play all their matches in Mexico but it was rejected. The president of Mexico said they can play all there because of the war between the two countries but since the request has been rejected, they have to travel to USA to play their matches as well. I think this is the final resolution of the Iranian Football team in the world cup.

Increasing the number of teams in the World Cup is perhaps good, but the fact that teams with little to no connection to football will be participating due to continental quotas is not good. South America and Europe should have larger quotas. Football's center is first Europe, then South America. Football isn't as advanced in other continents. For example, Haiti and New Zealand played a friendly match, and Haiti won 4-0. Both of these teams will participate in the World Cup, and both are very low-quality teams. Unfortunately, there are far too many teams like this.

That price is too much for the poor who would manage to go and watch the live match and the average surviving citizens to pay and watch. It would have been better the US Government and it Football Association, make things easier for the interesting visitors and citizens to pay little amount and watch the live matches. Some of the tickets I saw are too much in the World Cup.

Why should the US subsidize others?
They are hosting the event, they are paying for everything related to it, now they have to hand out free tickets to some countries?

First, I like to start from my favourite possible winners as seen in the poll. The winner of the 2026 World Cup competition is dangling around Argentina, Spain and France. It's highly likely that either of these countries will go home with the trophy. If I would further narrow it down, it's possibly going to be between Spain and France. I don't think Argentina would retain it.

I don't think Argentina will win this time base on personal logic analysis. What is your prediction?

The number of teams playing has increased and I think that this is very positive for participation, but I see it very difficult for any of the underdogs to compete on equal terms.

As per the poll, I would go for Spain, not only because I'm a Spaniard but also because I really believe that we have a team capable of winning, despite Lamine Yamal's injury impact.

Senegal look good and i will not be surprised if they play well in the World Cup, the friendly they play against USA shows that they are already and they just need to play a good defensive game against the opponent that attack well, although they lose the game against USA but their performance in the game is good and what stop them from ending the game draw is their defense and that is what they need to work on if they want to go far in this competition.

One thing i like about Senegal is that they played as a team, including sadio mane who played in Saudi Arabia continue performing well like a player that is playing in Europe, the only thing that can affect Senegal is defense and if they don’t have a good defense before the World Cup it will affect them and they will got eliminated from the government quickly.

Im happy Neymar finally got called up but tbh I don’t know he will get much minutes, and that’s fair given his current fitness level. My top pick for the World Cup is France, they should have won the last WC, I don’t think they would lose this one
