South Korea-Czech Republic match was more enjoyable than the Mexico-South Africa match. I don't think there have been so many red cards in opening matches at previous World Cups.

Not in opening match, but non can beat Argentina vs Netherlands,
That match had the highest yellow card in the last world cup, and if they should meet again this world cup there is a chance that the beef may spark up again.

Hopefully it entertains like the previous time although some of the key players that made that game had all the flare would probably not feature and even if they feature, the possible of the two teams playing each other again is quite low since they are not going to be in the same group and they can only meet in the knock out stages that's if both team actually get past the group stage level.

One fixture that would have killed everything in this world cup would have been the fixture between Argentina as nd Portugal playing in the finals equating MESSI vs RONALDO, it would be something else if this actually happens.

Yeah, USA definitely started very well, they played a very good football in this game, something that was quite unexpected. A decent manager definitely elevates the team beyond what is expected of them and this is what they are doing now.

I think just by looking at this one game, we can assume that there is a potential that they can finish first place. Australia doesn't look like they have any chance at all, but at the same time we are talking about Turkey who could be a threat to USA if they play very well.

It's a standard story, primarily because the hosts always have easy groups (although Canada hasn't taken advantage of its advantage yet). I think that in the game with Turkey the USA will not be the favorite, probably a slight underdog, but to get into the playoffs directly they basically only need to beat Australia, which looks like an achievable task. It turns out that in order not to weaken its chances, Türkiye will be forced to play against Australia strictly for a win, a draw will allow underdogs to remain dangerous until last round.

Ronaldo has such a commanding presence and aura that makes you want to give your very best because you know he is going to do the same. For many years, Ronaldo carried the Portugal team but this year I think they have the players to actually compete for the trophy - the likes of Neto, Vitinha, Bruno, and Neves…what more do you need. To be honest, I would love nothing more than to see Ronaldo retire after winning the 2026 World Cup, but that dream is not so easy considering the top quality teams we have in the tournament.

Just yesterday watching the USA game left me totally impressed. If the USA is like that and if Brazil starts running the same or even more, I don't want to imagine the number of kilometers they can run per game. So the level is quite high.

Which is your favorite team to win the World Cup in this Tournament?

Well, based on the current games thats been played so far, it's not yet time to be able to predict which country stand the best of winning the world Cup this year..
But based on past history, I think France has a good chance but this is only if they still have a strong team like they had during the last World Cup played in 2022.

If I am not mistaken and or if I still remember well, France played the 2022 world Cup finals against Argentina but unfortunately, they (France) was overpowered by Argentina who won that match and as well as the world Cup, so France went home with nothing aside medals.
In this year's world Cup, I am personally assuming that France will do all they can to try to win the Cup, but like I said before, they can only succeed if they still have strong players like during the last World Cup.

Believe me when I say this, Qatar that we all thought won't last long might even look for an opportunity to make it to the next round, for now the group is very much open for all 4 countries which means non of them should be seen as the smaller side in that group, any little mistake for Qatar to get a 3pt we have to see them coming out 2nd or maybe as best losers in that group. In the first half I expected Switzerland to not only rely on that 1 goal but to make sure of committing the Qatar players to reduce their force on them but what did the Switzerland do, go easy and underestimate Qatar.
Was telling someone that Qatar could get a goal and defend till the end, never knew that precious goal will be at the closing part of the game and I believe Qatar to defend till the end, for now Switzerland are the cause of their problem for allowing the opposition players to see more of the ball towards the closing part of the game, let's expect more of this, for the smaller countries to surprise us, we shouldn't be surprised if Bosnia & Herzegovina or Canada lose to Qatar in the remaining fixtures.

They are guessing so many things about the performance of Ronaldo because of his age but they forget that he's scoring more goals in his age now thqn before despite the league where he's playing. Ronaldo is not young again to be able to give some runs and dribbles like before may be that's the area they are referring to in his body but give him the ball and watch him score from any angle then you will learn how to respect him as a legend.

Ronaldo is one of the players who has maintained strict discipline when it comes to physical training. Since he was young, he has consistently taken care of his body to stay fit, even at an advanced age. Even so, his abilities are still highly respected because we all know that Ronaldo can always take advantage of scoring opportunities. Most importantly, as long as he avoids any serious injuries, he will continue to be regarded as a legendary player who is capable of scoring goals wherever he plays.

The current Portugal squad is actually quite mature and good because Ronaldo no longer has to carry it alone like he did in his younger days. Furthermore, he doesn't need to play the full game in any match because there are plenty of substitutes in the current Portugal squad. In terms of level, this is actually quite normal for Ronaldo, as he has appeared in six different World Cups, so he understands the level of pressure involved.

South Africa were actually just trying to play more aggressively after conceding the first goal. Unfortunately, being too aggressive resulted in two South African players being sent off after receiving red cards. If the away team hadn't made those mistakes, I'm sure they could have put up a stronger fight or at least managed to score one goal.

South Korea looks like a team that is going to play a better game in that group, and I think they’re the strongest team in that group, Mexico isn’t as strong as South Korea, I think both of them qualifies from the group A, and South Africa exit and Czech Republic.  

Mexico who is hosting the World Cup will not be easy for South Africa or anyhow team to beating, either they win or draw and even if Mexico was not hosting the World Cup, South Africa can't beat them. And the supporters of South Africa in the world were just few but large number of them from Africa countries were supporting Mexico. And after the game, the South African goalkeeper was saying that they loss the match because the support from other Africans were not much and the chanting from Mexico fans were much higher.

I didn't watched South Korea match this morning but I saw the scorelines int social media and I know that South Korea is not weak team.

Agreed. I expect Mexico and South Korea to lead the group. The upcoming match between them will show which team is which and which will finish in first place, as their styles of play are very similar. Although Mexico is hosting the World Cup, we should not forget that South Korea is a very ambitious team with the potential to spring a mine on any opponent.

Brazil drew 1-1 with Morocco. Morocco scored the first goal of the match, but 10 minutes later, Brazil equalized with a goal by Vinicius Junior. While the goals came in the first 32 minutes, the match wasn’t particularly exciting. Brazil should have won this match, but Morocco put up a good fight against their opponent and managed to at least come away with a draw. Morocco’s squad isn’t bad, of course, but Brazil really has some talented players.

The only two matches I watched were Brazil vs Morocco and Australia vs Turkey.

First, I was a bit disappointed to see Brazil end up with a draw. Even though they had better possession, their attacking performance was below the expectations of the fans. However, Morocco truly showed how solid their defense is.

As for Australia vs Turkey, it was a very interesting match. Australia executed their counterattacks almost perfectly. Despite having less possession and spending much of the game under pressure, their excellent build up play allowed them to score twice and keep a clean sheet. I think Turkey were too emotional and overly eager to score, which prevented them from properly executing their strategy and tactics.

Turkey started the match effectively, but the goal we conceded on a counter-attack wasn't good. I still thought we would win, but we conceded a second goal in the second half. Our team always tried to score with long-range shots. We wanted to use free kicks effectively, but it didn't work. The most memorable moment was Abdülkerim's long-range shot hitting the post and bouncing back. We started the cup with a loss, hopefully we can win the remaining two matches.

Age is a big factor here.  Yes determination can help him achieve the world cup but we can't neglect the fact that he is up against players who are obviously in their prime. This is not going to be an easy task for him and it will require complete team work to achieve this dream of his. We know how energetic and dominating CR7 use to be when he was much younger. This days he no longer cover much pace when he plays, it is more like he is playing a relaxed game this days. I wish him well, this quest is one that will cost him more than when he was much younger.

Brazil had no much chance of winning the game, Morocco took over the early possession of the match by 70%, and Brazil couldn't redirect the game strategies, Hakimi, a strong player, made due with the left flank of the Brazil side, thereby putting much pressure on Douglas Santos and made enough control of this left side, which created the first goal for Morocco. The North Africans was the better team in this match, they came more strategically prepared than Brazil.

In my opinion, the Netherlands are the undisputed favourites in the group, but they haven’t quite lived up to expectations in the World Cup matches played so far. I think there’s a chance they might not win this match against Japan. Although the Netherlands’ squad is of a higher quality than Japan’s, as it’s the first match, it seems likely to end in a draw. The Netherlands might just manage to win by a single goal. The Netherlands’ attack is just as strong as their defence, featuring some truly quality players.

Scotland defeated Haiti 1-0 in the World Cup for the first time in 36 years. Scotland, who last participated in the World Cup in France in 1998, failed to win any matches there. From what I've seen, Haiti is the weakest team I've encountered so far.
They also participated in the World Cup after 52 years.
They also have no wins.
Most likely, they will be eliminated from the tournament without getting any points from this group. Because the other two teams in the group are Morocco and Brazil.
It will not be easy for them to get points from these two teams.
Even scoring a goal would be a great achievement.
