 Paying as little as $0.1 isn't a problem because that's what the casino that I'm using charge for withdrawal fee. However, it's not all about using a casino because it's free withdrawal but using a casino with good reputation where you can gamble with a relaxed mind. So you're gambling hundreds of dollar and can't pay the withdrawal fee? As a gambler we don't focus on withdrawal fee instead it's the quality of their service. As for me , most of the casino I've seen and used just only deduct the network fee which is fine. Since you will be eventually charged for transferring your own money.

Let's say you have a casino who is giving a fre withdrawal but bad at withdrawal processing time, support center , game support , deposit delay. This would be annoying for me , I ain't gonna use that platform ever. Also not everyone is comfortable to play with altcoins . Lot's of folks like to play with bitcoin , so there's always a specific coins/Token offer's free withdrawal. If you're comfortable with it than go for it.

Maybe you are missing something here.
There are some gambling site that suck when using specific network, maybe let say when you used BTC to gamble and you wanna make withdrawal from some of the site you would see that it's actually very sucking.

I do not know of any gambling site that the withdrawal is free or probably I am not paying attention to it because I have used many crypto gambling sites, but I prefer to use stable coin on a blockchain that the withdrawal is very cheap which will not be more than $0.1.

I do not look for such gambling site, only what I noted is for the free to be cheep. It is not cheap for bitcoin, luckily for me I prefer not to use bitcoin to gamble, I prefer to hold it. But no they the withdrawal fee for bitcoin is cheap before.
