I have done all the things step by step but the fact is I AM STILL NOT QUALIFIED.

(which means at least you didn't read the OP... ) I am not part of the selection committee... just saying...

I didnt see this f**king rule when I read the whole thread at first. It was added later and made many people disqualified.

Having felt the sting of rejection, I think this is a flawed model of distribution.  

This is an application where you are putting yourself out there and a board of shadowy figures will accept or reject you.  If you are accepted, you are now a cheerleader, hazaa.  If you are rejected, it is a personal rejection because they don't think you as an individual are worth it.  This creates an anti-cheerleader, someone who actively dislikes your coin.  Since there is more rejections than not, then the first impact you have is that more people dislike you than likes you.

Maybe it will work out but I don't see anyone rejected using their own money to buy stake after this.

I thought the dev was only rejecting people who are not active enough and you can still be accepted later if you become active enough with the coin.
This I like because it makes it hard for people to get multiple shares of the coin.

Yes we have missions, very hard ones, and if community strong enough we can rise up.

I can say the second reason really sucks.

Let me clear about it it happened at 1 specific day (few days ago) system erased 8 signups probably qualified ones was in, (because their application not reached me server update happened at background at very same time i was checking and they added blacklist) I checked one of the complaint ones was the same day and i delivered his COMM after manually checking the date. And in the beginning i made an err to send few people double or not so good fighter ones. Give it to my stupidity and tiredness. But i can say after final application form its dropped zero. And we will not reward those at second round.

You realize you even made stupid mistakes. Others also can.
I think it's a good idea to give those applicants , who have been rejected due to "your mistakes", technical problems, or "simply not lucky", a second chance.  That's the fairness.

If you are planning to dump them asap, I can say you are in the banned list of the dev and you will surely miss the 2nd round distribution.
