Hello everyone, Been working on a free single-page Bitcoin tool site. Posting here for real feedback before I move it to a proper domain.

What it is:

- BTC ↔ 41 fiat converter (PKR, INR, AED included since those are usually missing elsewhere)
- Live chart with SMA, Bollinger Bands, RSI, MACD, auto-detected support/resistance zones
- A "what are the indicators saying" verdict — qualitative bias only, no percentages or buy/sell signals
- Backtester with next-bar execution, slippage and fees built in
- Position size calculator (2% rule)
- Paper trading journal with CSV export, saved in browser localStorage
- 12-lesson illustrated academy from "what is a chart" to "why most traders lose"

What it isn't:

No signals, no predictions
No accounts, no logins, no tracking
No paid tier, no upsells

Do you already have a domain for this? I hope it's related to the word Bitcoin converter. If you still don't have one, you will find it hard to get a domain name with the word "Bitcoin" in it; it's either unavailable or the price is very high.

Main feedback:   Why such a large vertical gap between the converter and the text below?  I was about to leave thinking the top menu was broken but I saw the scroll bar change.

Text size: You’re right, that footer line is too small. Will bump it up so it doesn’t get lost.

The vertical gap: Yes, that’s a real bug, not intentional. The footer line is rendering inside the page flow instead of at the bottom, which pushes everything up and leaves dead space. Fixing it tonight.

Also the main purpose of this website was bitcoin analysis, converter thing is bit secondary, as there are a lot in the market already. Not focusing much on that.

Nice page. I do have already a preferred one for charts, but one more clearly doesn't hurt.
I will add only one "minus": the colors - especially in the chart - are not very visible in dark mode, maybe sometime when you are bored you'll pick something that offer better contrast

The source code Looks heavily based on Preev, and it’s clear from the code that it supports several fiat currencies as well, along with features like mode-pro and mode-beginner, which is a really good idea to suit users with different experience levels.

Also, as you mentioned, there are no accounts or tracking systems involved, which is a good privacy-focused approach since seems to depend on LocalStorage. Adding multiple theme options is also a great feature, people can use whatever theme fits them.

Then I selected Setup Quality Check -> Checking a Long.

After that, I used the Position Size Calculator:

- I entered $5000 in [Your total money (USD)]
- I set 2% in [How much willing to lose per trade (%)]
- Then I clicked [Use current BTC price]

The Academy section is the most important part here. It is very useful for any beginner trader. This 12-lesson course is very valuable and contains important insights. It could also be supported with additional materials such as videos, books, and other reliable references.

Thanks to everyone who tested and gave honest feedback in this thread. Shipped most of it this week.

What's new:

- Fixed the converter footer gap and price-status text size (thanks @aioc, @Vod)
- Rebuilt dark mode chart contrast, colours actually visible now (thanks @NeuroticFish)
- Added 4 theme presets: Light / Dark / Sepia / High-Contrast
- Risk Calculator now catches input errors (e.g. "you picked Short but your target is above entry, did you mean Long?")
- Added help tooltips on every form field
- "Walk me through this in plain words" on every analysis section, generates a plain-English explanation using your actual numbers. The biggest - UX upgrade in the project. Built specifically for users who aren't traders.
- New Setup Quality Scorer, five textbook conditions, pass/fail, no percentages, no buy/sell language
- New AI Decision Prompt, copies a structured prompt to paste into ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini. The prompt forces the AI to act as a Socratic coach, not a fortune teller. No predictions, plain language only.

Coming next:
