That right trading is super stressful and draining most especially when the market didn’t moves in the direction we expected it to be. Just a single entry that will go other ways then our emotions will just shift and we will feel so down.
Like what happen to the market yesterday, I placed an entry on bitcoin after making my analysis and was expecting some little dump from the market but all of a sudden the consumer price index (CPI) just occur and easily my entry got wiped out and so goes for many other traders too who was expecting the other ways of yesterday market. My emotions just shifted to lows and instantly I stay far away from the market so I wouldn’t get tempted.
