So I was building a crypto subscription google drive alternative that uses aes encryption at rest. It will be 100% anonymous and tor compatible you will get seed phrases for your vault and it also has failsafe features so if you don't login within a set amount of time it will send the selected files inside your vault to someone you choose through email or if they interacted with a telegram bot before it sets off it will also send the files through a link that link is also encrypted and can only be unlocked using the preset password for the files. For instance you have a seed phrase for a crypto wallet you can attach the crypto wallet seed phrases and write instruction/password hint for your receiver or any file you want saved but if something happens to you it will send the files If you want to keep your files secure and if you think this project is cool please help thanks. If you want the tech stack I can show it and before it goes live I will also share my github repo so you can see there is no backdoors and all files are encrypted that even admin cant see it.

Isn't this the same one you were trying to sell last month on " this thread"? If the answer to this question is yes, then how can we be sure that you haven't already sold the full source code to someone else? - If you can convince me that you haven't sold it to another person, I'll post a link to a great crowdfunding platform that has helped a lot of projects.

True I was trying to sell the source code cause I thought that will be easier and I dont have the funds needed to start it but I guess people werent interested so I am gonna manage it myself if I get a bit of money and it will be better long term

[/quote] Can I ask why you wouldn't recommend this? Any files uploaded are aes encrypted so theyre random strings on the server there is no way someone can hack the server and decrypt them.

If you change your mind and will just manage this Shadow Vault: An Enterprise-Grade Tor SaaS for sale yourself, then better state that in your thread and lock that topic. It's better to launch that project, and if it's already a working platform, then offer it for sale or co-managing. It's much easier to sell a working model.

In that case, you should do what @fortunecrypto mentioned earlier about stating it in the other thread before locking it. - BTW, the name of the crowdfunding platform that I mentioned yesterday is called "Geyser (make sure to provide an in-depth explanation to increase your chances)". Can I ask why you wouldn't recommend this? Any files uploaded are aes encrypted so theyre random strings on the server there is no way someone can hack the server and decrypt them.
You're right, but it's worth noting that there could always be unauthorized access due to phishing attacks or malware [unfortunately]. - For most of the other things, I'm sure it'd be great, but I can't risk using it for sensitive stuff.

Uh man, this first post in this topic is so poorly written, and in fact, you are asking for financial help. I'm afraid it doesn't work that way. Do you have any idea how much money you need? You don't expect that someone will invest in you, only to find out later that 10x as much money is needed for the project to come to life. Have you ever done the financial part of the whole project, or did you base everything on the idea and your developer skills?

I have a rough estimate of how much money I need. And yeah I based everything on the idea.

He should show professionalism in how he presents his idea. The configuration isn't effective. When you present your idea to investors face-to-face, they can easily tell how serious you are about securing funding for your project. That's also true here online. I've been here for many years and have seen people begging for money, and your presentation to theirs is no different.

It's not an unusual thing. People who have an idea or specific technical knowledge about a subject very often do not have a sufficiently high level of financial education. This is where good ideas most often fail. Unfortunately, without a financial structure, it is hard to imagine something going through full realization.

How much funding do you need, and why are you limiting subscriptions to cryptocurrencies? The project isn't related to cryptocurrencies; you can create a payment gateway and accept hundreds of cryptocurrencies along with traditional payment methods.
I find your idea already integrated with Proton's services, and the costs of setting up a private cloud are extremely high.

Thanks for your feedback but using payment gateways like stripe defeats its purpose as they require real identity and has paper trail. This project was made for people who want their data to be stored securely while keeping who they are private. And unlike proton you don't need email and password to sign up when you sign up you will get phrases like crypto wallets and that is how you access your files and proton drive doesn't have the failsafe features I want people to use like the DMS so if something happens to you or you forget your seed phrases selected files will be sent to the receivers while the files are still encrypted link through email and you can open the link with a password you set. And for the funding I was looking to crowdfund 7.5k to cover the core infrastructure like storage nodes, secure VPS for a few months. I will also add payment processors for everyday users who can't use crypto for storage. Thanks again for your insight.
