One of the biggest financial traps is believing in money savings... When someone believes that stacking cash in a bank or under the pillow will magically secure their future. Inflation will slowly eat value... So if you have money, it's better to stack sats, gold, or something else that can/will outperform inflation.

The next trap is probably believing in one asset... Old but gold: Don't keep all of your eggs in one basket. It's good to have some cash; even better if you can invest in other things as well... A balanced approach, or diversification, is actually a great thing, if possible.
I disagree with you saving isn't a trap it's a good financial plan it's only a trap when the savings has not investment plan, save for a purpose not to be rich, saving won't make you rich, but saving for a purpose will make you rich. Saving is important aspect of finance, you have to gather it Small small till you have a desire or opportunity to use the funds for, if you don't have a savings you might miss an opportunity. Also save money for future use not to be rich with it, inflation will eat up your saving if you don't use it to invest or buy assets that will generate more funds.
You are right, it is a wrong mindset to think that saving will make you rich and that is one major difference between the rich and the poor where the rich keeps getting richer and the poor keeps getting poorer, a rich mindset will always plan to invest their money for regeneration of wealth while the poor mindset will think saving their money is a smart move while it is dumb, a poor mindset will refused to take good and calculated risk while the rich mindset are open minded for such opportunities, it is too old fashion to be saving money without a purpose.

Imagine you get a 20% salary increase, but food, rent, transport, and basic living jump by 40%… so are you really progressing?
I think these days it's a common knowledge relying upon your salary will never make you rich. The slow growth in our salary can't go straight with how fast the inflation is pumping the price of everything. That's why many people are doing frugal living in order to save some money. So the can use it to invest in the hedging asset that can against the inflation.

Mate, i believe many are willing to see their salary increase as fast as the inflation. However, the economic of any countries are different. That's why investing in hedging asset is a hard task to be realized by an ordinary people with average salary.

We're all wanna be pregressing, but the reality is always preventing it. Your suggestion is good, but it's not related with the fact different personal, different struggle in his financial.

From the heading "Salary is not making people poor.... Inflation is", you have to know that it's not salary that makes people rich, if you are trying to say that inflation is making salary earners helpless since their pay is devaluated that is quite simple but when you say "making people poor" it is as if all salary earners are rich but in real sense there are actually few rich salary earners. Not as if all businesses but most rich people are business owners not necessarily salary earners.

Inflation by all ramifications is an economic pandemic that has destroyed nations before, present and will do in future most at times it is usually bad policies and corruption that gives this aftermath before talking about lack of resources.

A lot of people are working harder every single year, earning more on paper yet somehow life still feels more expensive and heavier for them, The problem isn’t always low salary.... sometimes it’s inflation quietly stealing the real value of that income. Imagine you get a 20% salary increase, but food, rent, transport, and basic living jump by 40%… so are you really progressing? The numbers look bigger, yes, but the purchasing power keeps shrinking, that’s why the informed people are now looking beyond normal savings and considering Bitcoin, not because they want to gamble, but because holding weak currency can feel like guaranteed loss. For people thinking long term, DCA into Bitcoin with spare income starts looking less like speculatin and more like protecting future value.

In my opinion the biggest financial trap is believing salary growth alone creates wealth… while inflation is quietly eating everything behind the scenes. We have a lot of unseen battles folks
This has become commonplace these days, as inflation continues to experience significant increases every year. Therefore, the impact is clearly felt more acutely in both developing and poor countries. In developing and poor countries, wage increases are rare, but inflation continues to rise, and that's where the problem lies. I'm also confused about how to respond to this, as the situation in my country is increasingly deteriorating, as the currency here continues to depreciate, and this is truly excruciating for low-income communities. The only possible solution is investing, and beyond investing, we must also seek additional income to provide more peace of mind. Otherwise, things will clearly not improve. We must all continue to innovate and persevere to overcome this inflation problem. Inflation is clearly persistent, and it cannot be denied.

while inflation is quietly eating everything behind the scenes.
It's not only inflation which is making someone poorer. The taxes that we're charged that doesn't come back to us is also giving us a very hard time. In my country, too many taxations are applied to us and not the most of it is going back to us. The index of corruption is so high and the taxes of the people only goes to the corrupt ones. They're not chased, not being jailed and free roaming and keeps on running for a public post so that they can continue to make their pockets full from the taxes that we're paying. They're making people desperately poor when many of the laws are only in favor of those who's got money and not to the hardworking pleb.

Inflation is there and we cannot change the inflation rate overnight. What we can do is to cut down on our costs or strive for a better paying job. This rat race can never end but it is the system we are born into and cannot change it ourselves. Cut down all subscriptions, shut down credit card use and limit yourself to minimalism life is the best we can do.

Salary will always be like this and unless we reach the day when we are satisfied with anything we have and the money we get. Otherwise we will always want to get more and more and this pathological craving is there in most of us.

Deflationary bitcoin is there but it has not come to that extent that we use it everyday for all purposes.

Salary is not making people poor.... Inflation is
Of course inflation can damage anything, especially the economy, whatever salary we have if inflation is high will not be enough, salary is a means but inflation is a source of killers.

In fact, we can see that what causes wages to shrink and people's purchasing power to decrease is caused by the price of goods/inflation. In the 80s, we could see that one penny could buy The current price of goods is $10, which proves that the average salary at that time was $10, but people did not have difficulty living, especially in meeting basic needs, because there was no inflation.

Neither salary nor inflation is making people poor, but people are making themselves poor. The people making other people are those who contribute to the high rise of inflation. Inflation in a country is a normal thing because, as the world continues to progress, population increases, and there is scarcity of some natural resources, but when inflation starts increasing rapidly, it is no longer a result of the scarcity of resources but as a result of human greed and lack of contentment. Those with the power to influence the rise of goods and services do so without good reason. Their aim is to make a quick profit and a massive gain.
The people contributing to the high rise of inflation, the government?

The government are not able to handle the economic growth of their country this the high rise of inflation. But who do you think suffers more? It's the people who suffers and take the impact of the bad economy.

The elites benefits from the average guy, while he struggles to provide himself the basic needs. It's not his fault the economy is bad, it's not his fault his salary is isn't able to get him what he really needs. He can try but it still won't be enough.

I don't see why the people should be blamed for the high rise of inflation, when all the just want to do is survive.

Salary is the main issue in summer having with the kind of difficult situation they are facing in the economy, we don't have to depend much on our salary because it is fixed rate we receive every month and inflation is increasing each time to an extent that we cannot even afford to earn more than what we are used to.

The value of that same amount of money we earn reduces over time because of the incidence of inflation, many don't know this, this is where we have to operate with a digital currency that is decentralized as we have Bitcoin, changing the narratives because inflation does not affect its value over time.

This is what some people don't understand that is making some to blame government, and their leaders, if you cannot save small amount of money from your salary you have to quit the job, because you will continue struggle to feed well or feed your family well. There are some salary that will make you poor and confused in life, because as the price of goods and services is increasing, salary and wage suppose increase too, because that is what makes people to know inflation is on ground or deflation is on ground.

Is no longer a news that inflation is what is on ground now and those that have other sources of income are living well in their various countries, because they don't depend on their salary compare to some people that are depending on their salary before they can do something for their family or love ones.

A lot of people are working harder every single year, earning more on paper yet somehow life still feels more expensive and heavier for them, The problem isn’t always low salary.... sometimes it’s inflation quietly stealing the real value of that income.

Come to think of it, the disaster of inflation isn't only about how much you earns for salaries because even those earning higher salaries like the white collar jobs, if you don't have alternative source of income, then it'll become a challenge to meet up your immediate needs and also your long term goals without being affected with Inflaions.
So many pensioners haven't even learnt saving their retirements funds on the traditional currencies encompasses with the issues of diminishing returns where the fiats diminishes in values overtimes due to inflations being a nomenclature of the economy system.
The only way to survive inflations is when you've your savings stored on ASSETS with the potentials of storing values to hedge inflations in the long term. Having alternative source of income or earning big salaries will be at an advantage to facilitate your goals successfully if you stick to the right other of expenses and a long term goal.

Even with a salary increase of 20%, and a 40% increase in prices of basic items, it still doesn't make you safe when considering DCA. With this particular analysis, you would realize that a lot of people are literally living a hand to mouth life. They can't even save up for medical or emergency related issues. They just do their plus and minus every month end, and the money is all gone. No doubt, DCA is definitely a good investment option to hold ones money for a long term, but it still demands money (a part of your income often called discretionary income), but don't be surprised, some people's discretionary income are not even up to $5-10 and above as the case may be. If you live in a country where these issues are common, then you should know what I'm talking about.

I think for anyone that has a decent Job, and can end up having a discretionary income at the end of the day without breaking a sweat, will unarguably and comfortably find themselves saving in Bitcoin.

There's so much truth to the inflation influence over salaries, mostly as a part of the salary sits in the bank as savings for future expenses. Fiat currency is subject to depreciating value hence why Bitcoin offers a way out as an immutable ledger of value.

Our fiat currency is more like a medium of exchange and does not offer value when in store and that's why we see diversity into gold or most precious metals and digital gold which is Bitcoin, or we see people doing more jobs just to meet up.

When salary earners and other income earners get to understand that wealth preservation is more about retaining purchasing power rather than saving funds in the bank, they would get to see Bitcoin investment and accumulation as an insurance against inflation and depreciating currency value.

Salary is just there to help workers survive, it is not meant to make them rich because they can’t even solve all their problems completely with the salary because it is always not enough, and even when inflation affects the fit currency and economic conditions, the workers salary is not increased always, and even when they increased the salary, inflation will outshine it because your expenses always increase once you increase in payment.

However, that’s why we need multiple sources of income in order to leave the type of life we want to leave, we can’t rely on salary and because rich or get investments, we need side hustle that will make us independent and that’s why some people are wise enough to save in BTC using the DCA method, so that they can use the money to establish themselves when they have no more power to work for salaries anymore.

I believe to survive this economy, people need multiple streams of income , inflation is actually making people poor , the rate at which goods increase drastically surprises me , people are working really hard to survive, landlord are increasing rent every day , food stuffs are really high , sometimes I tell myself salary can’t can’t save someone , imagine transportation fee for the month or the amount of fuel one purchase for a month, before you know it expenses  is higher than your income , it’s not actually easy now , I usually ask myself where are we heading to , because this is too much .

Reading this, I just realised that there is a minimum wage for salary earners, and this minimum wage is calculated with inflation put into consideration. Even at that, some people still aren't meeting up. Still on the issue of minimum wage, some people earn higher salaries than others. So, salary earners are affected differently by inflation because of the differences in their individual incomes. The only thing that makes everyone feel the impact is that high-income earners spend more on expensive commodities, while others adjust their wants according to the amount they earn.

In all of this, it is just too obvious that one stream of income isn't enough. Whether one depends on salary, profits from business, or investments, multiple streams of income are necessary to beat the rising rate of inflation and stay rich or wealthy, as the case may be.

I completely agree with whatever you said the real trap is that we are focusing on the numbers on our paycheck’s rather than having a ground focus on the things that what we can actually buy from those numbers. Having increase of 20% but the expenses shot up to 40% is not going to make us move forward rather than we are just running faster to stay in the same place, then this is the main reason that many smart people are shifting their minds, they are trying to invest in Bitcoin. It is a very safe exit from a particular currency that is losing its value every single year  because of increasing rate of inflation and it is going to be practical way to protect their hard earned money.

There are lots of people that earn good amounts of money, even though they don't really earn huge amounts compared to a lot of rich people but at least it is enough to keep them going but it is so sad that the inflation makes it look like the amount of money that they are earning is too small. The economy keeps on getting worse on a daily basis making it very difficult for those that are not financially stable to survive. Salary doesn't make anyone poor because before the price of things got so expensive people were living on those amounts they earned comfortably.

Inflation is the problem of so many workers and as the government is increasing the minimum wage, so the inflation is increase so that the excess money that is circulating will not have so much values to the spenders like workers that will need for pay for their bills from the same increased salaries. Taxes is increasing and we continue to pay invisible vats on all the items we purchase in the store.
Who are we going to blame for the increased inflation that is hitting us hard? The government is the major subject behind this because I have seen few counties subsidizing the price of goods to make sure that the masses can afford it.

Inflation cannot make us poor entirely, but the way how our mindset works towards money growth and management, if we don't get to adopt the proper mindset that would help us maximize grabbing those opportunities around, that will definitely leave us drown into financial crisis and poverty.

However, I would not deny that inflation is really a serious threat to our finances. But there are means to minimize it by increasing our sources of income, and by maximizing our investment in bitcoin that could hedge against inflation.
