I understand what you mean when you talk about staying at the same level. But inflation doesn't hit just the wallet, unfortunately. It's not a question of how many pieces of sausage you have on your table today, it's a question of the lack of stability and confidence. And in my view, this very psychological factor is far more critical than the decrease in the purchasing power of the money earned itself. I see the catastrophe precisely in the fact that people are losing the ability to plan something, to count on something.
What plans for the future can one have when one isn't even sure of tomorrow? One doesn't understand how to live not only in the here and now, but even to see a rough picture a couple of days ahead.

The days of people making plans for the future are over. If there are still such people, I really feel sorry for them for their naivety and excessive optimism.

What can one hope for? One decision by some idiot in power can turn everything upside down. I myself lost two online businesses because of this. Could I have imagined such a thing? This is a force majeure circumstance that could not have been foreseen in any way.

If a country is doing fine economically and puts his citizens first and somehow people are still poor, then it is them that wants that. But still if we were to base facts on both salary and inflation, a third brother comes into play. That's purchasing power. Even if inflation increases or not, what matters is purchasing power. Once that is still stable despite inflation, then everything is fine. That means a good number of citizens are doing fine.

Yeah, inflation is what makes salary earners poor not salary. If a particular country is doing well in economy and inflation keeps on raising, the chances of citizens to be poor will be higher. The salary they are earning at the end of the month will not be enough to take care of the needs, especially those that are in lower grade in salary. There's no different market for those that earning higher and the lower grade because the price of food items remain the same for everyone. What makes salary earner to be poor now is inflation. If government has her poor in mind they need to work on both salaries and inflation for the betterment of country.

There's a huge gap nowadays with the current low wages than of in the past. That's true that even cutting the expenses for so many things, it's still bare enough. Most people still struggle with that thing and the inflation just keeps on rising and there's no way to stop it. Even you have been so good in money management but if you only earn enough, you'd see the struggle of many people. Additional income and higher wages are the solutions to this including being frugal. I think that even if you're so frugally living but your wage is average, you'd still feel the inflation.
Even investors are panicking, as inflation risks are so high that they're practically on par with profits. This is the real problem.

And what is the government doing? It continues to print money in huge quantities, despite the warnings of economic and financial advisers. It simply ignores their opinions and arguments. It's a man of its own making. So how can the situation be corrected? The greed of the elites is creating even greater dependence on money and the printing press.

Yes, time is passing, inflation is increasing, even though people's earning power is increasing, their luxury is being destroyed silently. Because no matter how much you earn, inflation is increasing, due to which you are not able to keep up with the times, that is why now people are living a normal life and following strategies. They are accepting Bitcoin investment as a future savings, those who are still depositing money in the bank are basically destroying their own money.
Inflation is increasing, due to which the value of money is decreasing, now you can never buy your assets at the price of the past. As a result, your expenses are more than your income, so now you can save money against inflation only by investing in Bitcoin.

In my opinion the biggest financial trap is believing salary growth alone creates wealth… while inflation is quietly eating everything behind the scenes. We have a lot of unseen battles folks

So to stay away from inflation, you must move forward towards the future by investing in Bitcoin. Because in the current situation, it is natural that you may face hardship while fulfilling the needs of your family, so if you invest in Bitcoin, no matter how much, you will definitely be able to gain huge benefits from it in the future.

If government has her poor in mind they need to work on both salaries and inflation for the betterment of country.

In the last couple of years, we have experience inflation for years that the salary are basically nothing to common man, the minimum wage was so hard to use to feed people not to talk about the miscellaneous spending. Last year, they increased the salary and this year they are already complaining again. The problem is the government has not been able to find a way to fix the inflation rate, it's getting higher even though they claimed to have reduced it.

There is this trick governments used to measure inflation and some people don't know anything about it. If the government reported that inflation rate is 5%, know that the reported value is a lie, the inflation rate is 10% or lower but I can't be exactly as that 5% they reported, it's always higher after it's been reported. Now, imagine a country that is dealing with 25% inflation, you know that the country is in big problem but governments doesn't report it.

Have you ever wondered whether poverty is increasing due to inflation or inflation is due to poverty? A country becomes poor because of weak infrastructure and the inability to properly utilize the resources available in the country. To find out who is responsible for this, one has to review the politics and economy of a country and the resources available in that country.

Your salary is not increasing because you are not skilled. The government system will not let you become skilled because they adopt weak education policies so that they can easily rule the weak. Inflation is created by that government because wrong financial policies waste state resources and have to print new fiat.

Inflation is mainly why some sets of people are poor, but I will say that salary also contributes to the poverty rate. When a country is affected by inflation, what is the next thing for the government to do? It is to increase the salaries of workers. In some countries, the minimum wage is very small and cannot even cover the cost of living. There is no way that the prices of commodities can be so high while salaries are not increased, and people will not suffer. In fact, even some people who have multiple sources of income still face problems in some places due to the low rate of the minimum wage. So, in my own belief, it is not only inflation that causes poverty, but also salary. If the pay rate is good, even when there is inflation, it will not affect people as much that they have to go as far as taking loans just to solve their problems

I fully understand what you are talking about. It is no secret that I live in Ukraine, and right outside my window there are literally non-stop explosions. I know far more than I would like to about what uncertainty, lack of stability, and hopelessness really mean.
Yet despite all of this, I also know that a person continues to plan, dream, and set goals anyway, otherwise the mental state simply cannot handle it. So in any situation that drags on and becomes a new reality, such as inflation, war, or the absence of social guarantees, a person still adapts and searches for new paths of development.

Inflation on devalue what you earn, but I don't agree that it's the main issue why people are poor. We have some people earning very high and they are doing well in life, but that can not be said of every salary earners,  because their are others out there that are still suffering.
Inflation is something we have no control of, because it has been here along time a go and will still remain even after we are gone, it's just part of the system of every economy. I think one way to escape poverty is to learn to invest. People should learn to have different investments, because if you look at the wealthy, you realize they have chains of investments, so why no copy from them if you want to be wealthy too. This is just my opinion and I am open to other opinions.

I don't agree with you, inflation is the major cause of poverty because if the prices of goods and commodities are cheap, people can afford a living and still make savings for themselves even with their little salaries but due to inflation, the more you earn, the more you spend and money do not have any value anymore. If someone is earning a low salary, it means that their expenditure will be less but someone who is earning higher will spend a lot of money just to keep up with his standard of living so it is almost the same experience with someone who is earning little amount and the one who is earning higher amount because inflation has made the cost of living so expensive. I just want to let you know that when you earn more money, you will likely pay more bills too so inflation is the major problem here and not really the size of the salary.

It is difficult to remain a sane human being without hope for the better. Optimism needs to be a part of everyone's life.

There was a time when I saw no point in continuing to live. My depression was so severe that I simply wanted to leave this world...

It was the worst state I have ever personally experienced. I never imagined such a thing could happen to me.

I still don't understand how I managed to pull myself together and embark on a different path in life. I consider it nothing short of a miracle.

My country's government lives an incredibly lavish lifestyle—it is almost impossible to even imagine the scale of it. Such wealth is beyond anything you or I could ever dream of. Have they created anything or benefited the citizens in any way? Of course not. They simply print money and immediately embezzle it, hauling cash out of their mansions by the wagonload. Do they face any hardships because of inflation? It is laughable to even ask. The average person, however, bears the full brunt of it. There is even a saying: "Inflation is a tax on the poor."

"Inflation is a tax on the poor."

In normal countries, where social guarantees are not just empty words, inflation is still handled differently. Of course, the poorer segments of the population always feel it in a more critical sense, their standard of living changes drastically, and it is much harder for them to recover from such a state later on. But the wealthier population doesn't turn a blind eye to it either. Businesses notice inflation because they lose customers and find it harder to cope with tax obligations. It's just that in developed countries, inflation is a controlled process with an emphasis on human dignity. But in post-Soviet ones, it is a way to profit off others.

I will keep saying it that salary does not make one poor buh if you don’t know how to budget and control your money you can also be poor irrespective of the amount you earn.when salary comes in it make one to be to address the needed issues like taking care of needs and wants, in this process inflation can also influence how you spend you salary making one to reduce consumption rate compared to when you only budget your income. Inflation definitely makes one poor or difficult to people to consume resources like before.

If the economy is not being maximized or controlled it tends to affect the production in terms of demand and supplies. You are definitely going to be poor if cannot manage in an economy that is affected by inflation irrespective of your monthly income.

Finally one that cut down on expenses that might not be needed in terms of purchasing an item ie to say there will low creating a high demand and low supply of commodities.

A salary that used to receive 200 dollars years ago had a high chance of becoming rich if the same economic system was being sustained, saying this sounds ridiculous to you because you have become used to the fact that such an amount of money is not valuable enough to make anyone rich just by earning it monthly but why has this become our reality today? It is simply because of the inflation. Depending on salary wasn't supposed to make people poor but the inflation has made salary earners look like a joke. In countries where the economy is stable salary earners are actually living comfortably and also being able to what they want.

Most types of activity are salaried employment, not entrepreneurship. And people who receive a salary can and should live decently. They are doing what they are good at, what they are professionals in. Therefore, their lives should be appropriate as well. But inflation does not just make this unattainable; it also creates the false impression that earning a lot and achieving financial well-being is only possible if you run your own business. That salaried work will never lead you to a decent life. And that is not true. If a person's calling is to be a teacher, a musician, or a doctor, why should they abandon this and remake themselves into a businessperson?

I think the main issue is that salary itself is not the problem, but the problem is when inflation keeps reducing what that salary can actually buy and it’s annoying the current cost of living and at same time so many people can’t survive depending entirely on one salary can become risky when the cost of living keeps rising faster than income and that is why I fell like having a save box, investing, and having additional sources of income can help not because everyone needs to become a business owner, but because people need some protection against economic instability.

What I mean is that there's no way to keep an economic system at the same level forever, even without inflation.

Inflation is certainly causing many problems for us, but its not the only reason prices increase. Population growth, supply and demand getting out of balance, rising energy costs disrupting supply chains...all of that can push price higher too, not just inflation.
Moreover, the economy continues to develop, people needs change and everything tend to become more expensive over time.

So you will never get rich just by keeping the same salary over time. Your income still needs to grow with the economy and the cost of living, even if inflation isnt the problem.

A lot of people are working harder every single year, earning more on paper yet somehow life still feels more expensive and heavier for them, The problem isn’t always low salary.... sometimes it’s inflation quietly stealing the real value of that income. Imagine you get a 20% salary increase, but food, rent, transport, and basic living jump by 40%… so are you really progressing? The numbers look bigger, yes, but the purchasing power keeps shrinking, that’s why the informed people are now looking beyond normal savings and considering Bitcoin, not because they want to gamble, but because holding weak currency can feel like guaranteed loss. For people thinking long term, DCA into Bitcoin with spare income starts looking less like speculatin and more like protecting future value.
No matter how low a person's salary is, if the price of goods is low, it is not a big problem, but no matter how high a person's salary is, if the inflation rate is high and the prices of daily necessities are constantly increasing and the value of money is decreasing, then even if the salary is high, the value of money will continue to decrease rapidly due to that inflation, which will become a big threat to his daily life. People still feel much more comfortable saving money in the bank. But this is the biggest financial decision of their life. If you keep money in the bank, its value keeps decreasing because the rate of currency depreciation is high and for this reason, it should always be associated with new investments, then even if the income is low, the value of his money will not decrease and he will gradually continue to get profit from the money he has sevings
