Casino - rainbet.com

Casino username - r00t3rs
Approx funds frozen - 3000$

I was using rainbet regularly at the time and had taken several withdrawals as well. Had the KYC done too (as far as I can remember, it's been a while! ).

One day out of nowhere they just blocked the account and I attempted to contact them through chat and email multiple times, the only response i received was to contact their manager via email which I did several times over the course of two years.

The manager never responded, I understand these things take time but two years is a lot and I'm hoping somebody from rainbet can help me out here.

Side note - Apologies if the thread is a bit too late, it kind of slipped out of my mind but the recent ads barrage of rainbet on social media hit my head and I remembered about this.

They didn't say the reason why the account was suddenly banned? Casinos usually send an email to the gambler what rules they broke when they ban/block their account.

They have a representative here, but I am not sure if they'll respond to this thread. Maybe you should try posting on casino.guru or askgamblers, they might be able to help you get a hold of someone from Rainbet's support team.

No email too or pop up message on your account in the casino? They have to state the reasons why the  account was blocked or restricted. And if they are blocking accounts without reasons. It is not nice. Let the gambler knows his or her offense. Op you can check their social media platforms to see if they'll be any respond from them. They have X, Telegram and Instagram accounts.

Where did you get that email address? The email address "manager@rainbet.com" isn't mentioned anywhere in Rainbet. This could be a reason there for not getting any responses from them. None of the casinos use such name for support or complaint services. I doubt that Rainbet uses that email address for support or dispute resolution. Based on the terms and Complaints Policy of Rainbet, you should either reach 'support@rainbet.com' or 'complaints@rainbet.com'. I believe you will get a response quickly if you follow the complaints policy and send an email to their complaints team.

That's concluded already by rainbet themselves. I know its hard and painful but I guess that's the reason why they won't be responding to your concern anymore. If you can prove that you didn't multi account against them, take zwei's recommendation but that's just a way to take a look in your case again and not guaranteed because it seems that they're already made a verdict against your case.

Since there is a multi account accusation in the room, maybe OP can upload some of his sports betting history? I mean it would show what kind of bet sizes he uses and if they are all pretty maxed out it would paint a better picture. If they are pretty low/average I guess it would instantly disprove rainbet's support agent's reply as nonsense.

Recently some guy on reddit tried really hard to recruit me to try rainbet, yet after checking their trustpilot I immediately decided against it. I mean they even got found out to have fake reviews there and for that reason there is a warning displayed, which is pretty concerning.

That's just a blatant lie, I have never owned more than one account in your platform. Atleast have a proper look before blaming somebody for multi accounting.
if you really weren't multi accounting, and taking rainbet reply above, you should go submit a complaint with casino.guru or askgamblers.

I have decided to take this up there now.

Their response pisses me off a bit because I've been gambling for over 10 years, not a rookie to try and boost limits by multi accounting. That reply really spinned me.
