Rainbet.com account blocked since two years along with the funds

I did some digging and I think it's the right place because they do not have a casino rep in there. If LCB goes sideways (if they don't respond or rainbet doesn't respond there) I'll get to AG.

It's the right place because they DO NOT have a casino representative in LCB? And thus they can't reply you? How is this the right place if you're practically inquiring to empty air? Isn't the thought somewhat a bit reversed?

I checked things up before posting there. I saw that several casinos do reply and help people out in the forum directly even if they are enrolled officially with Lcb.

You are 100% right. They even got over $100,000 from a crypto book. If your complaint is legit, LCB isn’t going to rule against you. At worst, it’ll be a black eye on Rainbet.

As I follow your case on https://lcb.org/onlinecasinobonusforum/player-complaints/rainbet-casino-account-issue and read your latest reply on 10th June, know that casinos are in mandatory to keep data for three to five years, in order to be KYC and AML/ATF compliant.

I'm not siding with Rainbet, just passing along their decision.

The casino representative has provided us with proof identifying a duplicate account. As stated in their Terms & Conditions:

5.4. You are only allowed to register one account with the Service. Accounts are subject to immediate closure if it is found that you have multiple accounts registered with us.

Since this involved a violation of the casino’s T&C, there is unfortunately nothing further we can do, and case #4369 will be considered RESOLVED on our end.
