Cardano/ADA -Some on Ledger, thousands staked somewhere??

Hi All

Just looked ino my Ledger wallet and my altcoins, i always presumed i had my ADA staked via daedaluswallet, i have link to it in my notes plus a link to a forum that does not exist anymore.

I then found a note and i'm missing a few thousand ADA

I just went to -https://daedaluswallet.io amd installed it.

I then had option of restore with daedaluswallet or Yoroi.

I dont think i have a recovery phrase so it must be my ledger??

From memory i thought i transferred all ADA to my Ledger but it only shows a balance a few 1000 short?

How do i proceed by here guys, i clicked on recovery via daedalus or yoroi.

So there is some ADA somewhere and i presumre its gone without my recovery phrase.
