Working hard at a job is just the engine to generate raw capital heck for now working hard is only fueled or basic need for me work here is just to fulfill my daily needs I live from check to paycheck, in the conspiracy theory they want to close the gap between the rich and the poor it means there is no middle class anymore.

In short, their savings do not last long. They have to break their savings to meet many small needs in their lives. You are right that currently, a permanent job or regular savings are not seen as the only effective path to financial progress. Due to the current technological advancements, in the changing job market in the world, everyone is trying to increase their income without relying on a degree or an income. Even though it is a stable job, many have alternative income arrangements that bring them additional financial security and additional income. However  the main foundation in all jobs is education, discipline and hard work. A person's chances of moving forward in the long run increase when he tries to improve his skills, look for new opportunities and can make financial and professional decisions wisely.

I think the middle class now requires one of two things: a couple who both juggle above average paying jobs, sometimes around a family and still find it a struggle. Then there are the others who have a good main job but still hustle to maybe break free of the rat race a little bit earlier in life, which usually means they have to generate as many extra income sources as possible and be wise with their money to make it work for them. Either way, assuming one way of life will last forever is like thinking we should still use chimney sweeps or send people down the coal mines - the people that move with the current times and adapt to reality will be most successful.

Witth the way things are now i will say it is very hard for a middle class citizen to solve because of the constant inflation we experience,  this alone has brought unimaginable retardation even with the presence of stagnant salaries we receive in our place of work.

I agree with you, there is no end to success, people want to go higher and higher with their position, people can never be satisfied. It is still possible, but now there is more competition because of more po;ulation that left with more number of unemployement issues. But one who is qualified will likely to find a job with effort but looking for a job is not always a solution for bigger change. It has to be on the mindset level but one who wants to save and invest needs some money or has a solid idea that should convince someone to fund your idea to make it valuable.

That is not what success is, that is a misdirection that is being promoted by the powers that be. All your life long you are exposed to examples of what success is not and it being portrayed as success, it is a brainwashing through entertainment and then through society. The wise individual is able to see through it and follow a different path, the foolish mass of people are the ones that chase these fake ideals and then never reach any kind of real success in life. You can raise a child at different price points, just because some data metric shows that it is costly that does not mean that you have to raise your child this way. A lot of people send their children to overpriced schools where the education they get is worse and easier than they would get at an average normal school, so don't just copy the decisions of other idiots. There are things you are not including in the picture. Back then, half number of people that are trying to get educated were not educated, school wasn't too prioritize back then and some family would rather let their children takes over the family business than let their children goes to school but even the government has mandate it now for everyone to get educated to reduce menace from the society, this has now increase number of educated people with certificate all wanting job when there is few available or none.

The middle age is becoming the old poor lifestyle because even the poor were not even struggling like this back then, the more standard of living increases, so the people increase standard. If you don't upgrade you will get  a downgrade. This is what is happening in the society, no jobs and sadly even AI is enabling unemployment even more. It has become a norm for tech jobs to sack people every day and the funny thing about there job is they are highly trained and intelligent people. The world is revolving fast around us.
