In my country two games are talked about the most and those games are aviator and sports virtuals although the second one isn't really a casino game per se because it is operated by bookmakers and not really casinos but these games have definitely made the headline countless times and the reason for that is because they have caused more harm than good for a lot of people. There are cases of people that have committed suicide because they lost a fortune in aviator games and this keeps on happening on a daily basis. But we cannot blame the casinos because the gamblers are the ones that are supposed to hold themselves accountable for their own actions.

If you want to know the games with the most active players in my country, you could say they are very popular games such as Block Blast, the battle royale genre, Roblox and Mobile Legends.
There are four types of games that are most popular with many people, especially young people, where each game has different exciting sensations and challenges.

For example, casual puzzle games can be said to have a simple game mechanism and the same goes for other games, where these four types of games are most widely played in my country, generally from all walks of life.

Usually it's the mobile ones. I do not want to share name to create more discussions about it, but there was this mobile casino where it was illegal, and because it was illegal, they had chance to scam people.

After all, if someone is willing to start an illegal casino, why would they be afraid of the law? They are already breaking one law, why not break another one? So they designed a system that basically stole from people, and one gambler how lost a lot, hacked their code, and turned out, they had coded the whole casino based on making people lose intentionally, so even though casinos win, they made it even worse.

Those people who are not afraid to start an illegal casino is probably backed by a politician, an army officer, or a well connected, wealthy person.  They think that with their connection, they can  skip the claw of the law and can operate freely.  They know that they can get away even when they are caught or identified because these corrupt official will mediate for them.

Now that you mentioned, it is true that even non-gambling games can influence citizens badly.  I somehow remember that the game mobile legends can make a player addicted and forget about a healthy lifestyle.  Even playing Xbox and any other games can cause one's death eventually after spending extremely long periods playing the game.

The issue of gambling addiction is becoming a global pandemic. And this has been aggravated by economic problems facing the common man. When the economy of a country is in shambles and there is a high rate of unemployment. People would always seek means to get an alternative source of income. And in some cases, they turn to gambling and this could lead to addiction.

I read news of a woman who had to drop her daughter in a physical gambling point as collateral for the credit she accessed from the operators. The gambling operators had to involve the police because she left and didn't come back for the child for a long time.

It's true what you say, with the economic problems that occur this is one of the causes why many people gamble because they don't know where else to find money so with gambling that provides a chance of winning it is an option that is quite a lot chosen by the community and although actually I think they know the risks but yes once gambling has the opportunity to make them come back again and again regardless of the results they experience losing or winning.
With the case you mentioned, I think it is a severe case because it is a crazy thing to make a child as a guarantee with the fact that the person concerned does not return.

Yes kabayan, online sabong problems have been dragged on for years and I don't think that it will be resolved even after the current administration is done. And it seems that it is almost forgotten by our kababayans as the victims is still crying for justice right now.

And although there is a blanket ban on this so called online sabong promotions, I still see some being promoted on Facebook.

So it means that it's not effective in any shape or form to stop this online gambling.

Youre on point. A ban only works if it's actually enforced and from what we are seeing, thats clearly not happening. I still come across online sabong promotions in different social media and browsing sites every now and then... so it's obvious that some operators have found ways to keep advertising despite the restrictions. It makes you question how serious the authorities are about stopping it. What's even more disappointing is how the issue has slowly disappeared from the public and media. A few years ago, everyone was talking about the missing sabungeros, but now it feels like people have moved on while their families are still waiting for justice and answers. Cases like these shouldn't just fade away because they are no longer making headlines. Online gambling itself will not going away anytime soon because they always demand for it, but that doesn't mean illegal operations should be allowed to continue unchecked. If enforcement remains weak and platforms keep allowing these promotions to be spread,  then the ban becomes more symbolic than effective. Hopefully, there will be more consistent action instead of just announcements whenever the issue comes up again.

I know that in neighbor country games like crash (rocket) and mines were most popular among bloggers who were pulling people from instagram and telegram. A lot of people were complaining that they were promoting scam casinos or their own telegram casino games. Ot at least that's what was published. He went to jail and is still serving a sentence.

The moral of the story is that you have to be careful about the decisions you make when gambling, consuming, and borrowing money, because even someone who is successful can have their life twisted because of their bad decisions.

Each of us does face up problems on different kind and thats why im a kind of person whom not really that tinkering that much or would be asking something personal considering that they might be facing up some challenges in life and then you do go with that kind of interogation on which it might be leading up into some not good situation. Whenever you are in a problem on which usually it would be talking about money and losing it all due to gambling or whatever reason it would be, then it would really be creating that kind of condition on whereas you cant be able to think up that well and you are really that highly that sensitive into everything on which it would be causing up for you to make actions on which it shouldnt supposed to be done, but well shit happens and regret would really be always on the end.

That is were you will fear the spirit that controls gambling. Sometimes it makes me start wondering if really people understand what people are pretty going through all in the name of gambling, because I'm still trying to understand why gamblers keep on pushing forward despite several negative reports about it. Perhaps their is more to it that's controlling gambling that we are still not getting straight.

It’s just a psychological thing rather than anything else; no spirit has a hand in it, or like, some can easily link their family's religious beliefs as part of what’s playing a role in their gambling life instead of focusing on where they are getting it wrong and trying to understand how their brain reacts to the game and figuring out how to handle it other than seeking solutions where the problem did not even originate from.
