Clore.ai Scammed Me Out of Over $210,000 After I Trusted Their Platform

I am posting this publicly because people deserve to know what happened after I trusted clore.ai with over $165,000 worth of CLORE.

I kept my funds directly on their platform and staked them there long term because clore.ai was offering around 20% APY staking rewards, which was clearly attracting investors to hold large balances on their system.

My funds were already visible and actively staked on their platform.

Then one day my staking was suddenly removed automatically, and later my entire balance disappeared from the platform.

When I contacted support asking where my funds went, they started claiming that I “never completed migration.”

That is completely false.

I had already completed the migration process earlier and my funds were already visible and actively staked on their own platform before disappearing.

What makes this extremely suspicious:

* no suspicious external drain transaction history
* no evidence of wallet compromise
* support gave contradictory and misleading explanations
* my messages were deleted
* I was blocked/banned from Telegram and X communities
* and eventually even my account access was revoked on their platform.

Instead of transparent support, it honestly felt like they were trying to silence me after I kept demanding answers about my missing balance.

This was NOT some phishing scam or random wallet mistake from my side.

The funds disappeared while sitting inside the official clore.ai platform under their custody.

If anyone else experienced disappearing balances, staking issues, account restrictions, or similar problems with clore.ai, I strongly recommend documenting everything carefully.

Be extremely careful before trusting  this platforms with serious amounts of money.

First time I've heard of this platform.
It looks like you already posted a negative review on Trustpilot, but then the amount mentioned there was $210,000? How much is it really?

Was this also you who posted on Reddit? Also posted a few hours ago, and the writing style seems similar to yours, but the amount mentioned there was $14,000.

No idea if posting there would help since the OP of that thread hasn't been online in this forum for years.

Sometimes I wonder what gives people the confidence to deposit large sums in random platforms without doing background checks. I just went through the Clore.ai website and saw the Cointelegraph icon supposedly showing they were featured there. But the article they sponsored: https://cointelegraph.com/sponsored/clore-ai-decentralized-supercomputing-for-all-powered-by-the-community/ isn't even live there. A routine probe shows that the article file is even missing server-side.

There are many crypto projects that have reputable teams behind them. Folks should conduct due diligence before putting large sums in projects whose teams are barely known to the public.

If you've properly documented everything, you might want to post screenshots to back up your claims.
- You can use an image sharing platform (e.g., Talkimg) to upload photos here.

Here is their official announcement thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5428175
No idea if posting there would help since the OP of that thread hasn't been online in this forum for years.
If everything checks out, an active flag can warn potential/current users of Clore.ai against depositing more funds into their accounts [assuming they visit this forum or that thread].

Sometimes I wonder what gives people the confidence to deposit large sums in random platforms without doing background checks.
I've noticed most scammers nowadays are either processing smaller amounts or pretending to act normal for such an amount until a larger one comes in [unfortunately, it's getting harder for normal users to spot such platforms].

It's quite unfortunate you lost such a huge amount of money to scammers. You failed to follow the basic principles when investing in cryptocurrencies.

1. Centralised staking platforms, or the so-called DeFi, are a no-go zone. "Not your keys, Not your coins."
2. "If the deal is too good to be true, then it's probably a scam." That handsome APY should have been a number 1 red flag
3. "If you don't know where the yield comes from, then you are probably the yield."

I am almost 100% certain you are not going to get back the funds.

Please attach any evidence you can to support this claim: blockchain proof, screenshots of the staking page, completed migration process, support chats, etc. My question is, are balances displayed in amount tokens or just reflected in $?

This migration process is a bit odd. Why do you have to do it manually or request approval when your funds have already been deposited and are under their internal management?
