Economic stability is very important for the development of every nation and it can also be considered a valuable resource. Like OP mentioned there are countries that don't have much resources,  but they are doing better than some countries that are very rich in natural resources,  which he sighted Nigeria as an example. I totally agree with him, but I think the major problem with Nigeria is management,  because the government have not been able to manage the resources in the country to get it to the next level. The corrupt politicians only care about themselves and are not interested in developing the nation, so based on this I totally agree with OP.
We depend too much on oil , Which had completely rendered other sectors useless or inferior. There's a stuff call "The Dutch disease" where a country with rich natural resources doesn't grow because of their dependence on that resources export or revenue (spending)  which has weaken other sectors, such as agriculture and manufacturing. Since the government takes the revenue from oil into their shell account and the little one remaining are used for developing the country. For many years now we have been spending heavily to repair Warri and Port Harcourt refinery which had become futile, Millons of billions of dollars wasted. If those money has been diverted into other sectors like raw food processing industries, manufacturing, Agriculture, logistics etc by now Nigeria would have been a stable country. Although the oil and refinery is still needed but the dependence on its revenue should be reduced or instead diverted to other sectors like I mentioned earlier. We can see how Saudi Arabia which vast oil resource are stable and they save revenue from their oil and spending on infrastructure, other none Oil industries, PIF etc likewise Norway who also made their people investment fund's that they use to invest outside their countries with their oil revenues.

In today's timeline, we can see that the most valuable economic resource is stability, not even oil.
Economies who don't offer stability, irrespective of natural resource are experiencing; migration, a reduction in the use of indigenous currency, businesses are starting to eliminate long term plans for short term, a reduction in capital expenditure and investment, and a fall in productivity.

Trust is surely starting to be an economic resource.

I guess my question for you is:

How is STABILITY a resource?

I’ve tried to wrap my head around it and it’s just not making sense that we can actually classify stability as a resource. I think it best fits as the result of some stable resource supply line, it’s rather an end product than, a source if you get what I’m saying.

We can use the word to define consistency of a source or resource, be it in the value one creates through natural or artificial product lines and even acts that defines character but, it’s hardly a resource in itself.

That’s my take on this.
