Isn't a problem to run the casino without an activity license. Activity license has never been a validation of trust. But confiscating a license would significantly damage your reputation before to start official lunch. And what makes things worse is that you tried to find justifications for the lie by telling another blatant lie that it was a misunderstanding from spinlab part. You can't spread false information through bitcointalk. You chose the wrong community.

To me I would suggest that it will increase their visibility here because some people could be attracted with what they see.

When I started reading the OP, I thought this would be another web3 casino, requiring users to connect their wallets to the site as the only way to deposit and play. I am glad it isn't.
