BC.GAME AFFILIATES | Unpaid Commission of $21,131.40

Hi everyone, I am opening an official complaint against BC.Game Affiliate Program regarding a major breach of Section 6.3 of their Terms and Conditions and the deliberate withholding of $21,131.40.

My commission for the previous period (April) totals $21,131.40. This balance has been fully cleared and approved. On May 4th, the affiliate program canceled my automated withdrawal request in the dashboard and requested a manual invoice instead. I provided the invoice immediately on that exact same day (May 4th).

For over 15 days, I have been continuously stalled. Today, the manager tried to change the narrative again, claiming the payment is "delayed by only 5 days from official dates" and fed me the exact same automated line for the third week in a row: "I hope it will be done by Friday."

Here is why this is a clear case of a Selective Scam:

Fact 1: I have directly confirmed with several fellow affiliate colleagues who work with BC.Game that all of their payouts for the same period were successfully processed and received back on May 7th.
Fact 2: The platform is selectively withholding my $21,131.40 for more than two weeks under moving goalposts, while keeping their internal payout gates open for others.
Fact 3: My traffic has passed all compliance, quality, and anti-fraud checks. The manager previously confirmed the payment was in the "final stage," meaning there are absolutely no legal grounds to freeze my funds.
This behavior is highly unprofessional, unfair, and a total breach of trust.

BC.Game is in severe violation of their own Section 6.3 (which explicitly states that commissions must be available for withdrawal at any time). I am requesting moderation to step in immediately, contact their representatives, and mark this case as a serious payment dispute.

I might have missed something, but basically, based on the screenshot you shared, your payment is delayed, and they are not giving an ETA on when they are going to pay you. Try sending this guy(bctokenbot) a PM. He is their forum representative, you might get a response from him regarding your issue with their casino's affiliate program.

LATEST UPDATE: Selective Reading and Complete Silence from BC.Game

The situation has reached a truly ridiculous and unprofessional level.

My affiliate manager, Eren, is now actively reading my messages within our shared Telegram group (where higher management is present) but deliberately refuses to open my direct private messages. They are completely ghosting me and providing zero comments, zero ETAs, and zero transaction hashes for my approved $21,131.40 payout.

This is a deliberate tactic to silence a partner. They see the proof, they read the compliance confirmations, and they know they have absolutely no legitimate reason to freeze my funds - so they chose to simply look the other way and play silent games.

If a BC.GAME can openly ignore a verified partner who generated hundreds of thousands of dollars in turnover, they can do it to anyone.

I have taken fresh screenshots showing my messages marked as "read" in the group while being completely ignored in private. I will continue to update this thread daily until BC.Game management steps in and provides the TXID.

To the forum community: Please help me keep this thread visible so that other webmasters and players don't fall into the same trap!

I mean did you see the recent history of posts about this site in this forum? They don't even play people for a couple of hundreds lately, yet you are thinking they will pay 21k. Guess they will play the waiting game as long as possible. IF you are getting paid then it's only after they got some new poor suckers on the site that deposited, basically running a ponzi at this point, just like nitro.

Maybe work with a better casino because being affiliated and bringing people to a site that is not pretty notorious for scamming most likely. You bringing them "fresh meat" is, at least in my opinion, also not the best look. If you wouldn't care too much about money you would tell your players to leave this site since in case they are winning they will get trouble getting the money as well, so why play at all.
